We had a coffee machine but drink tea, the Cleaner kindly provided us with a kettle, great Services we didn't ask for it. We only found that there was a torch provided (in the drawer) after we were packing to leave. Would've been useful to know when we had two power cuts through in the storm."

"Maintenance and housekeeping staff were excellent. there was no stopper in the bathtub, so Maintenance came and replaced the drain/stopper. There were no pool towels available at the Front Desk, so I asked a housekeeper and she kindly gave me towels. The vending machine at the pool was out of order with no sign saying so."
