「Originally, I found this little gem while I was searching for accommodation around the Port Townsend area with two beds (two friends traveling, not a couple). 「It is a beautiful property. We stayed in the little trailer, glamp cottage and it was so cute. Also enjoyed the private hot tub provided. We did some wine tasting, a flight of white and a flight of reds and enjoyed their fabulous cork and fork dinner. The location is beautiful. My travelling companion said if she didn’t know better she would think she was in Switzerland.」

「The Captains Cottage was a perfect place to serve as home base while engaged in outdoor activities. We found the beds to be very comfortable and the place was clean and tidy. There is a full fridge and freezer for food storage, but limited cooking capability (microwave and hot plate). The hosts were responsive and kind. 「Steven and Beth were amazing hosts and very helpful with local information! Their cottage was exactly as listed. Beautifully decorated, serenely quiet, and very comfortable.
