あいにくだったのは天候だけ。期待以上の雰囲気に感動しました。食事も納得の内容で満足できました。 駐車場が屋外なので、出発時は落ち葉だらけ。でも、玄関のオブジェを洗っていたおじさんに言ったら高圧洗浄機で私たちが乗ったまま車を洗ってくれました。( ̄∇ ̄;)ハッハッハ

家族で5日間滞在しました。 部屋は綺麗で居心地のよい空間でした。部屋の設備にトラブルがありましたが、すぐに修理した後、部屋をアップグレードしてもらえました。対応は良いです。 フロントも都度丁寧に対応してくれました。 スタッフは全員気さくで、すれ違うといつも挨拶してくれます。 プールも海も良いですが、プールの一角はいつも落ち葉等のごみが集まっていました。 ジムはちょっと器具の種類が弱いです。 ホテル周辺では、正面に小さな商店と、美味しいレストランがあります。 歩いて15分ほどのところにはモールがあり、お土産屋、スーパー、レストランが多く入っています。レストランはとても美味しかったです。

ビーチに近く、きれいなホテル。
安い値段で旧館のようでしたが、きれいで朝には小鳥の声で目覚めました。 スタッフも親切で、赤ちゃん連れでしたが、皆声をかけてくれて親しく接してくれました。 部屋も清潔でした。

部屋は広々としていて、スタッフも親切にしてくれました。 外も中もくつろぎスペースがたくさんあるので、ゆっくりしたい人にはオススメです。 敷地内から近くの島にもショートトリップできます。 カルチャーセンターまでは徒歩で15分ほどで行けます。

リゾートホテル
いわゆる南国のリゾートホテルです。 まわりにはあまりショップなどもないのでホテル内で過ごすことがほとんどでしたが、SPAはリゾートにしては安い価格設定で利用しやすかったです。 17-18時はハッピーアワーでカクテルが安く飲めるのでおすすめです。 レストランは、フロント階の方が格段においしいです。ロブスターはめちゃくちゃ大きくてびっくりしました。 プールはきれいで利用している方が多かったですが、ビーチはあまり人がいませんでした。(天気のせいもあると思いますが・・・) 日本語が話せるスタッフはいないので、英語が少しできないと厳しいです。 シャワーの水圧はかなり強めで日本人でも満足できると思います。 ただ、虫さされには注意です。 一緒に行った友達も全員刺され、かゆくて大変でした。日本の蚊とは比べものにならないくらい腫れてあとが残りそうな感じです。

We booked in 12 nights at this place….after spending 24hrs here we decided to check out 3 days early to stay somewhere else. We would’ve left earlier, but it was all we could afford as they wouldn’t refund us any money. The pictures shown on their website and the ones Expedia uses must be from opening day. The condition of the property is very bad. The only reason this place is considered a 4 star is because it has a “gym” and spa. The cardio machines and dumbbells are the only redeeming feature of the gym. There’s no water or anything to clean off the machines. The food was terrible and the cocktails were interesting…I think they were made up as they were preferred. Never got the same drink twice even if you ordered the same. We had the majority of our dinners at the place across from the hotel. The beach was nice, but dirty. It was cleaned up a week into our stay. They say they offered snorkelling daily so we signed up for a trip. Just to be told the day of as we were ready to go that the trip was cancelled because there was a 4 person minimum. It would’ve been nice to know that when we booked. Most of the staff were apathetic and indifferent. Our presence seemed to annoy most of them. Got messed around on a spa booking and after having my treatment I realised it wasn’t worth the hassle. Should’ve just given it a miss. Unless you’re a diver and have booked diving trips from pacific harbour, I don’t see any reason why someone would want to stay here.

Es ist einmalig wie die Mitarbeiter desinteressiert, unfreundlich, bequem und faul sind. Es begann an der Rezeption. So etwas von desinteressiert, keine Erklärung zum Hotel, kein Hotelplan, nichts. Bei Happy Hour werden die vollen Preise berechnet. Nach der Intervention werden die Preise auf der Rechnung einfach erhöht. Begründung, der Preis hätte aufgeschlagen. Teilweise höhere Mengen verrechnet als konsumiert. Das Zimmer ist frisch restauriert und hübsch, doch die Sauberkeit ungenügend. Beim Betreten des Zimmers überall Haare auf dem Boden. Der Boden befleckt, die Ecken und um die Toilette stark verschmutz, Bettlacken mit Flecken. Das schlimmste, das Zimmer war während des Aufenthalts so feucht, der Spiegel kondensierte, das Wasser rinn die Wände runter und tropfte von der Decke. Das Badezimmer ist bereits mit Schimmel befallen. Nur eine Einstellung an der Klimaanlage reduzierte die Nässe, aber da wird das Zimmer eiskalt und nicht bewohnbar. Die Pools sind restaurationsbedürftig. Im Adult-Pool ist die blaue Poolfarbe weg der Boden teilw. braun. Der allgemeine Pool, hat reparierte Risse und Löcher, Boden braun, in der Höhle hat es an den Ränder grüne Algen. Die Gäste gingen mit Kleider ins Wasser, obwohl eine Tafel Baumwollwäsche verbot, das Aufsichts- personal unternahm nichts. Die Reinigung am Pool nur oberflächlich, der Schmutz kam hervor, sobald der Liegestuhl oder der Sonnenschirm verschoben wurde, natürlich auch Käfer. Wir bereuen diesen Aufenthalt sehr.

Clean, serviceable room on a property with beautiful grounds. The pools were clean, just a little worn. The landscaping was gorgeous. The beach was accessible easily although I didn't go in. The breakfast buffet was also really nice. Overall a great spot for a homebase for activities in Pacific harbor area. The restaurant staff weren't that friendly but otherwise good spot.

The resort was overall, just "OK". Travelers need to know The Pearl is 2.5 hours from the Nadi airport, on rough roads, through villages (where you see quite a bit of poverty), in an older car that was late, because he had a flat tire. The Pearl needs a good facelift and improvements. Get ready to trip (and fall) on uneven floor tiles. The large pool needed resurfacing. The food is OK, but we found Fijian food wasn't our favorite. The breakfast is very good and plentiful! Forget about "happy hour" drinks at the pool. It could take 20 minutes and they were often out of ingredients, or you had to retrieve it yourself from the other bar (which didn't have happy hour at the same time.) Drinks were not consistent, depending on who made them. Food and drinks are quite expensive, but you have to remember much (most?) of it is imported. The resort staff are friendly, but hard to deal with, if you have any issues. Getting a wash cloth and resupplied with soap/shampoo was problematic. The bottom floor of our building had sewer back up and the had to move all the guests. As we didn't want to make the 2.5 hour trip back to the airport in the middle of the night on potentially dangerous roads in an older vehicle (we would have had to leave at 2:00 or 3:00am) for an early flight, we decided to leave late afternoon the previous day and stay at a hotel near the airport. They refuse to let us cancel that last night. (However, Expedia stepped in and refunded that last night.)

Diffidate delle offerte speciali con 35% di sconto a meno che non siate disposti ad avere il pavimento del bagno allagato. Mi sono trovata bene comunque, grazie alla gentilezza dello staff. Peccato che mi siano spariti dai bagagli lasciati aperti: una maglietta del Sudafrica a cui ero molto affezionata e una bustina porta chiavi turchese che mi piaceva moltissimo. Ringrazio la Signora delle pulizie che gentilmente mi ha lasciato le chiavi di casa, altrimenti mi sarei trovata in guai seri al mio ritorno!

At first glance the room looked nice, but when you walked in, water was pushing up from the floor boards, and the towels smelled moldy, Poor maintenance says it all. For dinner, it took forever for anyone to notice us, so we had to flag someone down to get seated and take our order. We waited for about 45 minutes or more while everyone around us was being served their food even though we got their before them. We finally got up to ask the wait staff about our dinner and they seemed clueless that the order was even taken. So, we decided to just head back to the room and call it a night. Then, to make matters worse, they called our room saying that they tried to deliver our food, but no one was there. My husband and I were so...upset with the horrible customer service and lies. Never would anyone apologize only made up excuses. From this experience, we would NEVER stay at this hotel and definitely NOT attempt to dine at their restaurant ever again!!! We should have NEVER left the Radisson Blu Resort in Denarau. We only stayed a couple nights at the Pearl for river rafting.

Very dirty and bad hotel !
Very bad experience, the hotel’s location is good close to the diving place . But all other are very bad . The first of all I asked hotel book the car for pick up from airport, it’s charge 200 one way , but when I asked the driver stop in the way just drop my friend they charged other 100 ! It’s just a min ! Just on the way ! Said I didn’t say before , ok when u leave I asked before , but hotel said they don’t know maybe ok , but when I asked driver still 100 ! An other is I arrived very late they gave me a very very dirty room . I asked housekeeper came to clean it took 1 hours, but still the bed is dirty ! I will never come back !

On your transportation charges, the transfer company have been organized based on two guests only, as per arrangement with the resort.And we are deeply disappointed to hear about your experience on the room cleanliness. Rest assured, we have now incorporated a new cleaning regimen, which involves scrubbing the bed down to subatomic particles.While we understand your decision not to return, we genuinely appreciate your feedback.

Disappointed
The food was mediocre. Breakfast options very limited. We made the mistake of having dinner on first night. It was supposed to be a buffet but every item was empty. The kitchen staff just didn’t know what they were doing. The quality of food below average. No taste. Best to stay in either Nadi or Suva as this resort is very limited to food choices.

We had a great stay and especially enjoyed happy hour which went from 12-3 and 5-7 which was especially good considering we didn’t have the best weather. Staff and food were great.

The upkeep of the resort was great but there was litter washed up at the beach. Please Fiji, if you want visitors to keep coming you must find a way to stop the littering to stop immediately.

Everything was hit and miss - some staff exceptional - others appalling. Some food good (not great), some food terrible. Some staff went out of there way… some didn’t care at all. We had a nice time because of the nice staff and the good people we met throughout our stay. The resort is fairly isolated. I couldn’t go for a walk on my own - it just didn’t seem safe. If you ask how much for a taxi to Suva - they say $70 - and then we ask out in the road - $20. It wasn’t a pleasant feeling to feel like you were getting ripped off!

Service is poor. no tub drain plug after multiple requests, ordered food and no plates or utensils provided twice. ordered fish n chips and no plates provided and no attempts after requests, we went to bed without eating. $ wasted for food. we also ordered just fries and were charged $35. who charges $35 for fries? breakfast- Indian dish is always eggplant and potato or pumpkin when there is so many other tropical vegetables available. very cheap dishes for breakfast now.
