"The staff here were very kind. I loved the food options in the morning, gave me a chance to try Guatemalan dishes as well as other regular favorites. The air conditioning broke during our stay but they were quick and efficient in fixing it by the time we came back to the room. The only issue with the rooms for me is they have very large windows that have very little shading to them so someone could pass by your room and see everything happening inside. There were blinds to cover the window but I was scared of someone being able to peek through. Otherwise, no other issues."

"This property is amazing. There are some spectacular views of the volcano’s surrounding the area. Lots of dining and landmarks in walking distance. Restaurant and bar inside the property are great places and convenient."

Since we booked the proporty, they solved a mistake (my mistake) in a friendly and fast manner. The staff is very friendly and well trained. The food is delicious and original.
