"We had a wonderful stay in Antigua Guatemala. This property was beautiful and full of charm, creating a relaxing atmosphere throughout our visit. The staff was incredibly accommodating and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Our room was spacious and very comfortable, which made the experience even better. "Lovely hotel with beautiful architecture, great gardens and attention to historic detail. Did ask for my hot tub to be activated ( it is in a garden with no instructions) but it didn’t happen. Might have used the mini bar in my room if I had been provided with a corkscrew/ bottle opener… but I hadn’t so I was saved some money! All in all though, a treat."

"I got asked to pay for my breakfast when it was included in the price. Took a while to sort out. Communal areas a bit noisy because of a convention but bedroom peaceful. Great swimming pool - 25 meters long!"
