Positioned on a corner lot on a quiet street, this serene retreat is perfect for families or groups of up to 8 looking for a break from the hustle and bustle of their busy routines.

Strictly a pet-free home to accommodate those with pet allergies, Sea Dreams boasts a hot tub, covered wraparound porch, a primary king bedroom with an ensuite bath and walk-in shower on the main floor, and an upstairs media room for the kiddos, making it a fantastic place for families of multiple generations to gather. It’s also a quick walk to Sunrise Pool just down the street, and Seabrook’s growing network of walking and biking trails is at your doorstep!

The open-concept kitchen, living, and dining rooms are surrounded by windows that bring in tons of natural light and peaceful views of the surrounding greenery. Soft neutral tones complemented by pops of color and ambient under-cupboard lighting in the kitchen give the roomy main floor a cozy and inviting ambiance.

Kick back with good company on the covered front porch while the kids explore the surrounding trees and walking trail. The covered front porch is the perfect place to soak in a sunrise or sunset with a good beverage and even better company, rain or shine.

Inside, the fully-equipped kitchen has lots of counter space and barstool seating for four at the island, making it easy to keep the chef company while they try a new recipe. The kitchen island faces the living room, keeping the chef connected to their favorite people while they catch a baseball game via the cable package or stream a show on the Smart TV. Neighboring the kitchen, the large dining table is the perfect place to gather for everything from holiday meals to family game nights.

Conveniently located just off the living room, the primary king bedroom on the main floor features a dedicated work space with an Ethernet cable and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Every shower in the home features a luxurious square rain shower head.
