Abbiamo deciso di fermarci a pernottare presso questa struttura, la quale è adibita a casa vacanze, sicuramente nel periodo estivo. L'accoglienza è stata piuttosto frettolosa ed il gestore, dopo la consegna delle chiavi è risultato pressoché introvabile, anche quando avrei voluto chiedergli il motivo per cui non funzionasse il Wi-Fi. La struttura è nuovissima, ma nonostante questo non tenuta in condizioni pari. Rubinetteria ossidata, doccia piena di calcare. Tutte cose che non ti aspetti da una struttura che ha pochissimi anni. Per il resto, il letto a molle non proprio comodo e nessun telo doccia (il più grande garantito era il classico asciugamano). Consigliato per chi, come noi, deve pernottare una sola notte senza grandi pretese.

Very disappointed, avoid if you need a good sleep

The shower was blocked. Wifi problems. Breakfast - no fruit, no fresh juice, nothing gluten free. Fridge in room didn't work. Exit gate to street could only be used to exit not for entering, had to walk around the back in the dark. Room was noisy. You can here all the breakfast noise and the toilets flushing in the rooms next door plus people walking above you in their rooms. No sleep. Would never stay here again.

Piacevole settimana

Ottima posizione, la struttura è pulita e funzionale. Il proprietario cordiale ed attento alle esigenze della clientela. Unica nota stonata sono gli asciugamani che risultano eccessivamente rigidi ed il cambio avviene ogni 3 giorni. Nel complesso è una sistemazione da consigliare a Marzamemi.

Il B&B si trova in una posizione buona per visitare il centro di Marzamemi (da non perdere) e le localià marine vicine (San Lorenzo prima strada da non perdere). Molto ben curato in tutti gli aspetti (pulizia, arredamenti, etc). Buon rapporto qualityà prezzo.
