「Shower had rust spots. Front desk is a little hard to find. The receptionist was excellent and very helpful and arranges taxis for us. 」

Best suited for those who thrive in isolated, rough-around-the-edges environments and don't mind non-stop noise and a total absence of tranquility. An apt choice for the hardy adventurer uninterested in rest or cleanliness.」

「Kitchenette is old, drawers and cabinets full of mice droppings, Wires hanging everywhere, bed was covered with dirty stained blankets instead of bed sheets, mattress was old and worn. Shower is old and needed a makeover. Didn’t drain properly. Other residents were loud and easily heard through the thin walls. Parking was a problem as we. One star rating was generous. Sadly too many issues overall. 」

「トイレ・シャワーブースがあるエリアの掃除がちゃんとできていない。 前の宿泊者の髪の毛が散乱していた。三泊の滞在中に掃除してもらったが、やはり髪の毛がかなり残っていた。 あと、ポットが無かった。ポットが無いのは、今まで国内外入れて一度もなかったので、ショックだった。」

「The Hotel is very luxury and beautiful, but the staff was not well trained, at least not at the St. Regis standards, in my room there was no laundry bag, no writing pen, no cotton pads. I have to call for everything. It feels like something is missing, hopefully they will mange the property better in the future.」

「The room was good, however the house keeper doesnt hoover the room. She cleans but never hoovers. I was also accused of taking 2 energy drinks from the mini bar. I dobt drink energy drinks and i never even opened the mini bar the whole duration of my stay. Otherthan that, it was an okay stay. 」

「深夜にホテルに着いたら、いきなり予約をキャンセルされました。理由は技術的なトラブルらしいのですが詳細は説明されませんでした。代替のホテルを予約してあったり、移動のためのタクシーをすぐに呼んでくれた点に、少し誠意を感じましたが、ひどい目にあいました。」
