「We loved the area. It sits right on the little red river. The room was clean and it’s dog friendly, so that was the best part.」

「Staff was nice but the rooms where outdated and you could hear everyone like through every wall tvs included, it was dirty the elevator was gross and the amenities were minimal and I spent tons of money for two nights. Don’t recommend this one」

「Had window air conditioner which was very loud. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. But when i opened the door to the mini fridge to put a bottle of soda in it, it stunk. Smelled like sour milk. It made the whole room stink. It is by a busy highway, so early in the morning you can hear a lot of traffic noises. (If the ac isn't on ti drown it out). The guy who checked us in was very friendly. We were only there one night. We did mot vheck out breakfast options.」

「We needed to switch rooms upon arrival as the door would not lock properly and parts of the room had not been dusted and cleaned in a long time. The room we moved to was also had “dusting” issues as well as issues with the air conditioning. Our room stayed at about 75 the entire time. The 2nd shift front desk lady named Bridget was outstanding! She came to our room and got maintenance on the phone around 10 pm to address the air conditioning issue. 「While the staff was very friendly and helpful my room had some remnants of past guests, for example a Doritos chip left tucked up near the bed frame and the morning breakfast was quite sad to look at. But in grateful that this place exist because it wasn’t the place I came down for I came to visit my boyfriend which I plan to do often and if it wasn’t for this place I didn’t really have another option so thank you Four Seasons I will return soon! 」

「When you book a room at my place, you get a kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator that has no ice until you get there and turn it on and wait an hour and a half to get seven cubes of ice. Also, there’s only one lamp in the whole room and one light switch that turns on five lights across the whole room. Had to go next-door to another hotel to get a bag ice. why not either provide ice or leave the ice maker on in the room before somebody gets there?」
