「Clean and conveniently. Highly recommend!!」

「We took our niece (14) and nephew (11) on a spring break trip as their Christmas gift. The resort had everything we were looking for. We rented a 3 bedroom cabin with a 4th bed in the pull out couch. The cabin was clean, had a full-sized refrigerator and stove/oven for cooking, plenty of seating in the living space for the 4 of us, and had a great view of the water. We sat on the porch and watched the sun set over the water. It turned out to be 95 deg while we were there, but the cabin had air...

「Very nice clean room with comfortable bed and nice shower. Kitchenette was good with microwave and mini fridge, basic dishes. The owner was very easy to communicate with. Good location with Mary Jane’s restaurant bar next door had excellent food and nice atmosphere. My only small suggestion would be to put variable light switches so you could turn down the lighting at night. I would definitely recommend and would stay here again on my next trip to Perryville.」

「Older property. Rooms were nice. Common areas were not well kept. Check in was terrible, dirt room was not ready. We were given another room and walked in on an occupied room. Third room was good. They did offer a discount on the first night stay but haven’t seen anything yet」
