Cliffside Privacy for the Perfect Family Escape

Unmatched stunning ocean views offering cool breezes and beautiful sunrises to start your day. Each ocean facing suite is well appointed with its own bath. Shared common spaces for kitchen, dining & living room make for easy meal prep and alfresco dining. Gym, infinity pool, BBQ, beach chairs, cooler, w/d facilities, etc add to the many amenities. Wonderful stay

We really enjoyed our stay, house is in a very secure and private area and you really feel connected to the ocean. The villa was incredibly comfortable because everything you could ask for is available for use (for example many, many beach towels, and all the kitchen items you could think of). The communication and care from the managers was also very good and efficient.

Celebration at Amor de Mer

Our family of 8 celebrated several milestones at Amor de Mer. The wonderful home and gorgeous scenery were idyllic. Driving in Sint Maarten can prove challenging, but we loved our perfect accommodations.

Stunning Views and Property

My family and some close friends stayed at this property for a week and thoroughly enjoyed it. The house is super clean and well-appointed. Everything you can think of needing is there. (And for the one item that we forgot to bring - pool goggles - the house manager got us some we could borrow.) The pool and deck are beautiful. Moonlit nights on the deck with the 24-7 sound of the waves made the trip very relaxing. The house is located at the end of a secluded street - so very private. But also only a 7 minute walk to the old Westin property if you want to enjoy a more public place a nice beach area. The property manager was very responsive to my inquiries in advance of the trip to plan around COVID concerns and the like. In short - we would highly recommend!

Amazing Seaside Retreat

We had a very large group and ended up renting two of The Serenity Collection’s properties — this and La Movina, which is a 5 minute drive away. Both houses had their unique factors that made them special. We loved hearing the waves breaking just below the balcony and being able to stare down into the reefs below the house. The setup was convenient with all four bedrooms on one level and a central living room. Everything is brand new and very well appointed. Blakely and the cleaning crew did a stupendous job catering to our needs. The whole experience was great. We highly recommend both villas. This email originated from outside the organization. Our BEST trip to SXM

We have been coming to St Martin with another family for over a decade and used to get rooms together at the Westin. Sadly, we hadn't been back since Irma. With the Westin closed, we decided to rent a villa nearby since we knew the area well. I can't believe we didn't do this sooner!! Our experience with the owner and his staff were excellent -- truly better service than we were getting at the hotel. They helped us book out our week of activities, get a chef for a few nights, yoga instructor one morning and several massages. It was really heaven. I was nervous about not staying in a hotel (this was actually our first home rental), but we actually got such bettter service because it was one-on-one and personalized. Blakely, the house manager/concierge was so great. ...and the house was truly epic. What a dramatic location and the owners did a fantastic renovation. The place is contemporary and current without feeling cold. The steps down to the ocean and the waterfront are really unique. It was a little rough to snorkel when we were there, but my wife and I had morning coffee down there a few days and it was bliss. I think our families have found our new standard on St Martin! We truly can't wait to come back. Very happy to recommend this property.

A Week of Pure Bliss

Right off the back, I want to say WOW... this villa immediately took our breath away when we arrived. My family and I, a total of 6, stayed at Amor de Mer for a week and everything was to a T perfect. I truly cannot say enough good words about this property and management company. The villa had everything you could have wanted, and we could tell a lot of time and consideration of the guests was given into this villa. Darryl and DM were amazing with all correspondence. Right after booking we received an email with their favorite restaurants and attractions on the island. Every question that we had was quickly answered, and they went above and beyond to make sure our stay was the best. We highly recommend booking a sailboat excursion with No1SXM. We had an amazing time sailing around the island, and also getting the opportunity to snorkel. If you are wanting to stay around the villa, you can hop over to the Westin (just a quick walk from the villa) to enjoy their beach and pool. We did this during one of days and really enjoyed their beach and pool. We rented a car through Vic Dabbie at Dollar/Thrifty, which DM recommended, and we were very satisfied. I highly recommend renting a car to be able to explore both sides of the island. It was very easy and stress free. Overall, our experience was one that we will never forget. We can't wait to come back and stay at Amor de Mer again. Thank you for a wonderful week!

Villa Amor de MerBeautiful view, beautiful home. Perfect for several couples or business. We rented 6 nights so did have housekeeping one day, which i usually decline, but was actually a very good occurrence. The house manager, Natesha, was super responsive to our many inquiries, which i very much appreciated. If on the Island again, would definitely stay here. Not a single negative; all positive!

Just what we needed

The property is beautiful and the views are stunning. We went for the Soulbeach event but found ourselves enjoying the house and the many different activities St Maarten has to offer. The house was stocked with every household item and gear for outside activities. The property exceeded our expectations!

Incredible Views, Incredible House!

I don't typically write reviews but this house, the furnishings, accommodations and our stay was exceptional. We were there for 8 days in January and did not want to leave. If we were to come back to St Maarten, I would not hesitate to rebook Amor de Mer!

Beautiful home, everything you need!

Our stay at Amor De Mare was perfect. The Villa had everything we needed for our family which included a 7 month old, 2.5 & 5 year old. The location was perfect, the Villa was extremely clean and everyone we dealt with was very responsive and friendly. The Villa had spectacular views and the pool was the perfect temperature. I’d recommend this place to anyone looking to visit Sint Maarten. It was so nice for our group to have their own private areas (each room had a full master ensuite). We shared our room with our daughter who was in a crib, and there was still a ton of room! Thank you Lisa & team for the amazing stay!!

Beautiful Villa with amazing location

This villa is perched atop a hill with amazing views. There is a beach bar within walking distance at the brand new JW Marriott and excellent restaurants within a 5-7 minute drive. (We highly recommend Big Fish). Both the owner and property manager contacted us with information before arrival and during our stay to ensure everything was perfect which it was. The owner provides a very helpful booklet before arrival and in person at the villa with activities, food, and all of the island recommendations. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be staying here next time we go back.

Incredible vacation

Everything about this location is great. Communication with Donna Marie prior to arriving was super informative and helpful. The welcome guide you receive has a lot of useful information that we used to plan our trip. Upon arrival we were met at the rental car counter by Roger who escorted us to the house. Very easy and nice perk on day 1. We rented jeep wranglers from Sixt. Highly recommend - some of the roads are a bit bumpy and we were happy to have the Jeep. The house is just like the pictures. We had 8 people (4 adults, 4 kids). The house was perfect. Tons of space to get away but plenty of space when we all wanted to hang out. Great combination of indoor/outdoor living. Super clean. Highly recommend this house.

Amazing property - definitely recommend!

We had a great stay at this property - everything about it was top notch. The house layout is great as every room has an awesome ocean view overlooking St Barths, and the layout is conducive to many different groups as there are 4 large king rooms each with en suite bath. The management team is also excellent - they reached out multiple times with information prior to our stay to give advice on activities, restaurants, etc. They also checked in on us during our stay to make sure everything went smoothly. It's an easy walk down to the new JW Marriott where you can use the beach and get drinks/food service. But you're also in easy driving distance to other beaches on both sides of the island, as well as naerby restaurants.

Spectacular house with a great management team

The house is in a stunning, very private, and quiet location, overlooking the sea. It has a huge deck, a lovely pool, and is well-equipped and maintained. The owner and her management team are super-responsive to all questions and requests. Though the beach at the house is not safe for swimming, there is a sandy beach a short walk away, with a bar and restaurant, and beach chairs and umbrellas available for the asking. We loved our stay!

Beautiful House with Spectacular View

We just returned from a wonderful week at this beautiful home. The view from the living room and pool deck is stunning -- endless sea and sky. Our kids enjoyed the infinity pool. The house was immaculate, with plenty of space for our extended family. Each of the 4 bedrooms has its own en suite bathroom. There is a washer/dryer in the house and a fully equipped kitchen. The roads in the area are a little steep and some are not well maintained, but this was not a big deal. The house is a very short drive to a beach club and several restaurants, and other beaches and great restaurants are between 20-30 minutes' drive, depending on island traffic. Donnamarie was an excellent and accessible host, and helped us with spot-on restaurant and beach recommendations and other details of planning our trip. Her local property managers were also great and very accessible. We would definitely return.
