「Great location if you have an event at Spooky Nook.House was clean and some updates (paint, flooring, washer/dryer). It is old, very musty smelling. We found spiders, big beetles, smashed spider on the blind in the bedroom. Dead beetle in the crock pot!!One dish towel which we went and bought a 3pk and left there for the next guest. The 2 loveseats in the LR have no legs on them so basically sitting on the floor. Bedrooms are all upstairs (very steep). Larger bdrm has a broken couch. One...

「Beautiful clean house - fantastic neighborhood- close to lots of options - was perfect for our stay!」

「Nice space, great interior, easy check-in. Very good!」

「Stayed here while we visited Kings Island. Had a blast with the various game setups they had on the property. Definitely a must book. Place was very clean, conviently located in town Definitely will be booking again.」

「The house is immaculate. Plenty of sleeping room, tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. The garage is a game room with ping pong and so much more. Foosball in the basement that our family played daily. Overall a great place to stay!」

「This was the perfect place to stay for our basketball tournament at Spooky Nook. The host was accommodating and responsive. The house was clean and exactly as described. I especially loved the decor! Would 10/10 recommend staying and will seek this house for our next tournament here!」

「Very clean home and very convenient to Hamilton and Spooky Nook. Well taken care of. The communication was a little rocky in the beginning through the app but got better when I was texting the owner directly. Well stocked with everything you need and everything was in working order. Because it is an older home the road noise at the front of the house is tough without earplugs if you are a lite sleeper. Overall, great home, very clean, easy check out and fantastic location for Hamilton.」

「Modern decor. Fenced in back yard, garage on property so no need for street parking. Was decorated for the holidays with a Christmas tree in living room & that was an unexpected plus.」

「We were very happy with this house, Matt who communicated with us, and the whole process in general! It was comfortable, spacious, and we had a wonderful evening sitting in the patio space outside! The neighborhood was pleasant and we even went to the local ice cream stop Friday night, “Flubs” I believe it was called. This was a perfect landing bar while our girls played on their tournament this weekend. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Thank you Matt for your attentiveness :)」
