「Perfectly nice place to stay and the location was great for visiting our family. Our 20-something kids liked the retro video games and air hockey. The bathroom was a little quirky and the heating wasn’t very uniform which is why it wasn’t 5 stars. We would stay there again, though. 」

「The name says it all. Celebrated my sons 21st birthday with a weekend of golf and boating with his friends and we all enjoyed our downtime at the Hidden Gem. Pool, games, the bar, and the open floorplan with huge bedrooms helped make a fun weekend even better. The host was as perfect as the house. I would absolutely go back for our next stay in the area.」

「Very clean, lots of excellent amenities, we were very happy; only thing we would change is we would have preferred cable over Roku as there was a snow storm while we were in town and it was hard to get local weather & news. However, we plan reserving here again!」

「This house has a known plumbing problem that was not disclosed. The sewage odor was nauseating and while we were in the house we had to keep all of the windows open. The company that owns the property acknowledged that they were aware that this was a known issue, but they did not do anything to address the issue. They did issue a partial refund after the fact.」

There was an issue with the HVAC control at check in, but the host came right over and fixed the issue. The only real problem was prior to check in there were automated emails sent to us with links to the entrance code, etc. The links did not work. VRBO customer service blamed it on the host using a third party billing service, but when the links were clicked, it opened a screen...
