「The overall stay and house was great! It was a beautiful place to stay, clean, and good parking. We have kids and the game room in the basement was a blast and the movie theater popcorn maker was a hit with the kids. I’ve noticed in Detroit the homes upstairs are all hard to cool so it’s just a Detroit thing but it’s not that bad, that a minor issue. 「The house was clean. We found wet towels in the laundry and no trash bags. The outdoor trash cans were both full. The mattress in the back bedroom is worn out.We couldn't sit in the back yard due to the neighbors dogs. Also the garbage disposal doesn't work. We won't stay again.」

「We had a water issue , property mgr addressed quickly. Property is updated but still very worn. There is no towel bar in bathroom, so no where to put towels. Walls are pretty beaten up and dirty along with stairs. 」
