For the price, it was okay. Shady people hanging around the hotel and parking lot at night. Room smelled of marijuana and was dirty. Shower did not drain properly but had great water pressure.

The entire room reeked of marijuana and smoke. There were burn holes in the bed spreads. One of the lamps was broken. The phone did not work (but I think that was by design so that we couldn’t call and complain). It was obvious that the floor had not been cleaned - there were brown, sticky spots everywhere. The bathroom had a half used toilet paper roll and there was some type of fluid staining the door of the bathroom. I will not use super 8 motels ever again and moreover, I will never use Expedia ever again.

First off I knew it was a lower end hotel, but it was all that was available and since it was owed by Wyndham I thought maybe it would be ok. Also know I’ve stayed at motels with less than 10 rooms in my business travels. First I arrived late due to serious travel delays 2am. Sign at the front desk said to ring bell for service. After 5-10 mins of trying this method, I walked around the lower area thinking maybe they were busy doing something near by. Came back tried ring bell as loud as I could and still no one. So I had to look up my travel reservations to find the number, called and that got the persons attention. They said maybe three or four words total to me and I could tell I was inconveniencing them with my late night arrival. Second, room was worst room I’ve ever had to stay in over 25 years of traveling. -Smelled like smoke -Broken A/C dials -Broken / out of service phone -Cigarette holes in bedding -Stains & Chunks of crusty food / sauce spills on bedding -Mold in bathroom area -Leaking toilet seal / internal flush valve causing toilet to refill everyone couple of minutes, which was loud and hard to sleep with -While trying to lay down and use only the thin sheet. I look over and a bug is crawling on the pillow next to me. Around the size of a dime and not the only bug I found in room. Needless to say, I will never return and advise others to avoid this place.

there was hair on the floor, towels and in the shower. the walls and door was dirty, you could see dirty fingerprints all over them. Look like housekeeping only empties the trash and change linen.

Staff was super nice but the room was not very clean. The closet door looked like someone punched it. The fridge looked like it had rust in it. The bathroom was gross. Probably won’t stay again.

Apparently someone had cooked noodles and threw them at the wall because there was a dried up noodle on the wall. I took a shower and walked to the bed and had to get a wash cloth and wash my feet before getting into the bed.

Our room was non smoking and had definitely been smoked in…A LOT! It wasn’t very clean, and we were provided 3 tiny pillows and 2 thin ragged towels that all desperately needed to be replaced. There was no remote for the TV and a replacement couldn’t be provided. With BASIC towel and pillow updates and some air fresheners it would have been far better.

This property was gross. The rooms are in need of an overhaul, they are extremely dirty, filthy, sheets did not look clean, we left with no shower-because it was just gross, room smelled of smoke….will never come here again.

The door latch was broken and the actual lock barely worked making me feel unsafe . When I went to disclose the information to the front desk to check out , the desk was left unattended for a period of time until someone came back . Uncertain if I will get a refund but unhappy with the room/service .

worn out and dirty not filthy but everything was older and dirty when you walk in the area above main entrance you can tell hasnt been cleaned in years, lamp in lobby bent sideways, first room reeked of smoke, second room had dirty shower with stained grout, furniture in room all scratched up, etc kind of room that would be fine if a workman for an extended stay, but subpar to bring a family too reflects that super 8 doesnt hold to supervision standards
