This was not a good stay. We watched the staff every single day just sit in the lobby on their phones. We watched the manager parking in the handicapped parking spot every day without a handicap tag and then she walks on in without any trouble. The breakfast was always less than mediocre, and the woman in charge of the breakfast mostly sat at one of the eating tables and played on her phone.
One night, they checked someone into our room at 1am. We were scared half to death when our door unlocked and people tried to walk on at 1am. When I was told we’d be compensated for the trouble, I still haven’t seen any refund. I have been working on it for three days now. Each time that I try to call the manager, I’m told he’s “in a meeting” or gone for the day.
