Only thing I noticed was food left in the sink and one bath towel for double occupancy. I do recommend this hotel. Things happen. The overall cleanliness was good and great staff!

The property location was great for the activities we had planned. However, the customer service and cleanliness was an issue. I have a severe allergy to down/feathers and I called ahead to make the hotel aware of this situation. When we arrived there were no pillows in the room. My husband talked to the front desk and they assured us that the pillows would be in our room when we returned from dinner. At 12:30 AM there were still no pillows. I called the hotel manager, the assistant manager, Hilton corporate and no one answered or returned my calls the next day. I contacted Expedia and they tried to contact the hotel and the front desk wouldn't answer the phone. Finally, at 1:30 AM they delivered 3 thin pillows to our room. As far as cleanliness, there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher and the carpet needed to be vacuumed.

Room needs tidying up found old food on plates under beds, furniture, etc. along with dead bugs too. Basically, room needs to be cleaned and wiped down thoroughly looking it the many guests coming in and out of property.

Continental breakfast was not organized for the amount of people that were staying there last weekend. We tried each time and the food was very limited if at all and not appetizing.

Incredible energy at this place!! Staff was amazing…great dining and relaxing lobby…full and amazing breakfast…and animal friendly! This place is an amazing value for what it offers!!!

Overall this location was not bad. You could tell the room was just spot cleaned. Trash was left in the trash cans and there was a used coffee pod in the coffee maker. The extra bedding was dirty. So the reviews on cleanly ness are spot on. Also gone are the days that we are short staffed being used. That relates directly to the business and how it’s run.

Great hotel stay! The staff were friendly. The best Hotel in Oxford so far and I have been to most of them. Will return again!

Convenient location. Great sized rooms. After booking, changed room type to smaller room. Would not accomodate to change for our group stating they made a mistake but couldnt do anything about it.

Extremely unclean
I’ve never left a review before. And I know there is a limited workforce right now so I want to be gracious with the staff. But the cleanliness of this hotel was the worst I’ve ever seen. I actually moved rooms because I thought the first one was a fluke. The second one was worse. There was blood on the comforter, hair all over the floor, dirt in the silverware drawer, the shower had mold in every corner. The sofa bed my son was sleeping on was filthy. Pictures don’t do it justice, but they are attached below.

Clean, new, pet-friendly hotel. Conveniently close to Elemis and the Square with great dining options within <5 min walking distance. Well-maintained pool and gym. Nice rate-included breakfast. Each room is a euro-style compact suite with a curtain separator between bed and pull-out couch areas. Lot of surface and shelf space, microwave, dishwasher, mid-size refrigerator, various dishes and utensils. Cook-top is requestable if you prefer to cook in your room.

Good place to stay. I's further away than most hotels in Oxford with a 10-15 minute drive to most things. Very good breakfast at hotel!
