For a hotel next to the freeway, it’s very good. Half the rooms have a view of the Berkeley hills, where you can make out the UC Berkeley bell tower (campanile). These rooms are away from the freeway.
The San Francisco Bay view is great; you can see the bay bridge, the skyline of San Francisco behind it, the Golden Gate Bridge in the distance.
