カテドラルに近く、バスセンターも鉄道からも、徒歩10分程度です。歩くとすぐ着きます。すぐ近くにカテドラルがあり、おいしいレストラン街も徒歩5分。便利です。部屋はきれいで、高級感があります。窓が大きく、電動シャッターに驚きました。お勧めです。

Access to the hotel was very simple off main streets. The hotel offers valet parking which was wonderful because driving in the historic district is a little stressful (small streets and lots of pedestrians). Our room was spacious, clean and well appointed. It is a fabulous location near everything and walking to everything was really nice. Service was excellent too. The hotel provides breakfast and has spa services, but we didn't use -- no time.

The room was very comfortable and the bathroom spacieuse. Staff are very friendlt and helpful. Nothong is too much trouble. The hôtel is located in a central stratégic location. The city is beautiful.

A grandes rasgos el hotel está muy bien. Los problemas que veo son: temperatura en la habitación muy alta y para dormir solo te puedes tapar con el nórdico. Yo bajaría algo la calefacción y pondría sabanas aparte del nórdico. Lo segundo que está muy mal insonorizado y se escuchan las persianas y ruidos de habitaciones contiguas. Por lo demás no tengo ninguna pega. Muy bien trato del personal e instalaciones bastante bien salvo lo anteriormente comentado

Room is really lovely, modern and bright and in the old town so very convenient. No coffee facilities in the room which for a 4 star hotel is surprising. Staff service was really poor from the moment you checked in to the moment you checked out. Absolutely no customer relation. There is a spa/swimming pool etc. on site but noone advertises it or lets you known times etc. The entrance to the spa is behind the reception so hard to miss. My main problem is staff was totally uninterested in the guests walking in and out of the hotel, yet you had to come past the reception desk so they could hardly miss you. They always kept their heads down behind the desk (more interested in talking to each other) and not once acknowledged us or other guests! Very poor service for a 4 star hotel. A real shame as everything else was perfect.

Ubicación inmejorable. Todo queda cerca. La habitación es buena pero ojo con el agua caliente, se quedan con agua tibia en horarios clave. Al baño le podrían añadir más Privacidad agregándole una puerta que lo separe del cuarto

El spa no está incluido. Tampoco hay un bar dentro de la estructura. Hay que cruzar la calle para ir a a tomar algo. El desayuno se sirve en un sótano. Todo esto Se tendría que mencionar en el perfil del hotel. El personal muy amable.

We stayed here for 2 nights and enjoyed the surrounding area. Oviedo is a pretty town. The rooms were quiet, comfortable and clean. The rooms were well designed and offered plenty of storage.

The hotel was in in the center of everything. So location was excellent. The staff neglected to tell us we could have used the pool and water treatments for a small fee. Never mentioned breakfast hours nor did they mention the restaurant across the street was part of their operation. Just not user friendly. If asked they cooperated but not informative. The site should not say Airport shuttle is available since it is not.
