We had a fantastic stay and would absolutely give this property 5 stars! The location is fantastic for the Overgaard/Heber area — convenient, peaceful, and a great home base for exploring the area. The property itself was exceptionally clean (and I mean really clean!), which we greatly appreciated. We used the home as a combination work and vacation getaway, and it was perfect for both. The internet speed was excellent, and there was plenty of space to comfortably work during the day and relax afterward. At night, we especially enjoyed settling into the living room, watching a movie, and having a fire in the fireplace. The cool evenings made that especially enjoyable. The kitchen was also very well equipped — we honestly didn't find ourselves wanting or needing anything. Everything we needed was there, and the beds were comfortable, making for great nights of sleep.Overall, this was a wonderful stay. The combination of the location, cleanliness, comfort, space, and thoughtful amenities made it feel like a true home away from home. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!
