"This is a great location and lived up to listing details. Coffee on the river in the morning was an added bonus!!! With that said, it is extremely noisy from the unit upstairs. The voices, dropping, the banging and the heavy footsteps and running can sometimes be a bit jarring."

"Our unit was very comfortable and well suited to our needs. It was very well equipped. The location was great - a short walk to town, and the trail along the San Miguel River was steps away. Access to the Bear Creek trail was also close - about a 5 min walk. Communication with the owner was great. I would definitely recommend this unit."

"We spent a week here to ski. We were very happy with the check-in and check-out experience. The property manager messaged me a few times to make sure we had everything we needed. The online guidebook was easily accessible and had all the information we needed for the property. The unit was clean and everything was in working order.
