「Le cadre était très intéressant , espace bien propre et joli」

「Not much to do really. The bungalow rooms are big but pretty basic. Clean sheets (horrible hard pillows) and bathroom but stains on almost everything else - rugs and chair. No soap in the rooms, had to go beg for it, not sure why we had to do that. Staff and TV pretty much all French so learn some if you don't know any. The management doesn't particularly seem to be trying to be better, seem fine being a bit stuck in the past and providing just basic rooms at a basic price with no entertainment...

「I never stayed there! Although hotels.com charged my card once I did the booking, when I arrived there the hotel informed me that they don’t have my booking! And they don’t have any contract with hotels.com! I requested a refund from hotels.com because it’s not my fault but I never got it!」
