Summary:

Luxury vacation home Peerdermolen up to 12 people concerns the entire left hand side house (B - Peerdermolen).



The house has its own private entrance, private garden with enclosed pond as well as a private covered terrace. During your stay you have the entire house and garden all to yourself, so you can enjoy your stay in peace and comfort.



Time for coffee!

In the kitchen you will find a Nespresso-, Senseo- and filter coffee machine. Don't forget to bring your own cups, pads or ground coffee.



5 comfortable rooms, each with private bathroom and toilet for extra privacy and comfort, TV, Nespresso machine incl. 4 cups, kettle, tea, sugar/creamer.



There are 5 double beds and 1 sofa bed (196cm x 160cm).

First floor: living room with adjoining kitchen, a suite with double bed and with 2nd living room + sofa bed (1m60) with TV, a separate toilet.

First floor: 2 separate rooms and a family room consisting of 2 almost identical rooms connected by a connecting door.



Outside you can enjoy the private garden and private covered terrace with outdoor table and chairs, a BBQ, a common playground with bouncy cusion for children and a pond (forbidden to fish).

Guest Access:

De Hoogmolen introduces a self-hosting concept. No physical reception and no wasted time with paperwork. Before arrival, guests receive an online check-in form and a personal access code for the main entrance. Need help? Then of course we are always available. For example, send us a message via W-app (we create a W-app group with each guest to ensure a smooth communication), via the chat of the booking platform or give us a call and we will be happy to help you. Do you really have issues regarding your stay? No worries! We will come directly to De Hoogmolen to help you out.



Everything within the vacation home, garden and terrace is for your private use.



The Neighborhood:

The surroundings of De Hoogmolen exude an atmosphere of tranquility, nature and history. Located on the picturesque Abeek Valley, surrounded by green forests and the gurgling sound of water flowing past the mill.

De Hoogmolen itself is a charming water mill that has its origins in the Middle Ages.



The house is furnished with care. A refined combination of natural materials and warm colors create a harmonious atmosphere.



The presence of cycling nodes, walking nodes and an equestrian and riding route network running through the property offer various opportunities to explore the area. Rider and horse are more than welcome; horses can stay (subject to reservation and additional cost) in a spacious meadow with stables on the domain while the rider can stay in the house.



For children, there is an outdoor playground with bouncy cushion where they can have fun.



Besides hiking, biking and horseback riding, you can also ski/snowboard in the nearby indoor ski slope, swim in the neighboring subtropical swimming pool, visit local breweries, explore surrounding natural areas ...



An enchanting mix of history and nature in the middle of Belgian Limburg makes this place ideal for peace seekers, nature lovers & sports enthusiasts.



Other Things to Note:

All beds are always made up with fresh bed linen and 2 towels per person are provided, as well as shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, and body lotion.

In the kitchen, you will find a household kit containing: 3 tea towels, 2 dishcloths, 1 sponge, 1 steel wool pad, 1 roll of baking paper, garbage bags, a few dishwasher tablets, dish soap, all-purpose cleaner spray, mop and all-purpose cleaner.

Kitchen roll is not provided as standard.

For your comfort upon arrival, 2 rolls of toilet paper per toilet are provided.

At De Hoogmolen you can park your bike safely and easily in our locked bike shed near your covered terrace. You will receive the code of the gate after completing your booking.
