「We disliked the check-in procedure without an actual reception area. It was very awkward and difficult to communicate with management. The apartment was charming but some improvements could be made: replace the burner with a microwave; provide some towels or paper towels to dry dishes. 「The check-in process was unclear and no staff was on site. No code was provided for the six lockboxes outside premises. When Expedia staff had to intervene no I do was provided that the hotel has rooms in other buildings. Another example of a hotel that’s run without staff at the premises and cannot be contacted to resolve an issue. Most terrible check in ever.」

「Located in the centre of town, off Ridderstraat, this is a great apartment to stay in. Literally a stones through from the central square, you couldn't ask for a better in town location.The apartment is on the second floor, accessed via a secure door on the ground floor.
