"Parking was good, how can you beat free laundry service! The staff was very nice and accommodating except for the general manager in which anywhere they think they know it all and are not the person dealing with the public it was the every day staff that was great! The other thing that made the stay unpleasant was the kids who have no parents teaching them how to act in public, taking all the food at breakfast , acting like they were the only ones in the pool and the parents saying they are boys no they are rude!"

"The Hotel is very nice and everything was fine. My 1 complaint is that we asked for our room to get cleaned and it didn’t. I was so ticked off when we got back to our room to relax before we had to leave again that I made my own bed and went out to the housekeeping cart to get my own towels. It was 1 pm when we had returned to our room and we’d been gone since 9:15 am so I felt that was ample time for it to get cleaned, but maybe I’m wrong. Other than that, comfy beds. Friendly staff, nice rooms with large bathroom and huge shower. Breakfast was ok. But the best and not the worst I’ve had. "

"Tv kept going out. I was there 3 weeks and house keeping never once came. The mattress was terrible. I would have been more comfortable sleeping on the floor."
