"Location is great! Ask for an upper floor as we were given a bottom floor in the older part of the hotel which has very low ceilings and was dated. Breakfast options were good but basically the same each day. Variety might have been nice. We did not have them come in and clean up each day so we were credited with $10/day which was a perk. There was a trolley full of extra supplies (towels, toilet paper, shampoo etc) just outside out room which was also a blessing as we had access to it whenever we needed anything. Parking at $25/night seemed rather expensive so we parked off site for free and had a 4 minute walk to the hotel. Overall a good place to stay if visiting downtown Ottawa."
