私たちのコテージのお気に入りの部分の1つは、内部ではなく外部です。 キッチンとリビングルームのすぐそばには、バーベキューグリル、屋外のダイニングテーブル、豪華な木々の景色を望むadirondackの椅子を備えた広々としたバックデッキがあります。 冬には、木々が葉を失った後、机から湖の景色を眺めることもできます。

Great Place

A peaceful stay in a cool, modern house

We had a great time in this open plan house, which was very well equipped with everything you need (especially great coffee - a must). You can drive to Great Barrington and Lenox from this house - and you must go to the town beach for a swim in the beautiful lake. Annette was a great host and was quick to answer any questions. Wonderful.

Relaxing long weekend at the lake

We had such a relaxing long weekend! The house is so beautifully decorated and extremely clean. We enjoyed cooking and grilling. The house is stocked with everything you could possibly need if you forgot to bring something with you. Unfortunately the weather did not cooperate during our stay so we didn’t get the chance to enjoy sitting out on the deck, but instead we had a blast sitting around the kitchen table playing card games and board games and watching movies. The hosts are so thoughtful! We hope to stay here again sometime soon!

Quiet Getaway

Great place to stay and disconnect in a quiet location. Been through Otis many times, but never knew the lakes were so large. House is well furnished and comfortable. Will look to book again in the fall or winter.

Heavenly!

Words cannot describe how wonderful of an experience it was to stay on this property. It was immaculately clean. It was stunningly gorgeous. It was insanely comfortable. There were so many little extras and details. We had a running joke in our group whenever we would discover a vase of freshly cut flowers, or a drawer with an amenity we were not expecting to shout, "Annette, you spoiled us again!!" I cannot recommend this property enough. Book it immediately.

Beautiful home

Our family had a great stay at this home! Very quiet, close to water access and new / modern details. Kitchen was fully stocked and beds were very comfortable. Our kiddos loved having the loft to explore and have their own space. Highly recommended the property. The owners are very responsive.

Beautiful and comfortable home to stay in and that was great bc we had rain every day. Plenty of room inside and out for kids and adults to play in. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. Big deck and yard. Pics were accurate but house is nicer in person.

Family Ski Weekend

This is our second stay at what my kids call the "snow house" and we can't wait to go back. We traveled with another family of four to introduce our kids to skiing at Butternut and made so many memories in the process. The perfect house for traveling with kids. Each couple had the privacy of their own rooms and the kiddos had the run of the loft. We cooked a huge family meal and then sat around the fire relaxing before we did it all again the next day. Super clean, beautifully decorated, comfortable, and welcoming. See you in a few weeks!

Beautiful House, Owners Next Door

The house was clean and organized in a beautiful, quiet location. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was user friendly with every tool you need to make a good breakfast. I would recommend this place to a friend, with the caveat that it seems like the owners live next door. There were two instances where it seemed like the owners had been at the house when we were out, which made us a little uncomfortable. Otherwise, the trip was great.

Beautiful and Serene Getaway

The property is exactly as pictured, spotless, newly updated, a quiet neighborhood just back from the water (no access) with gorgeous foliage views in the fall. It's clear great attention to detail was paid with creating this space. The gas stove, comfy seating, cozy blankets, and comfy bed were all appreciated as well as the beautiful and fully stocked gourmet kitchen. The deck was lovely, also with comfy furniture and we enjoyed grilling and making s'mores (generously provided by the owner) over the fire pit. Having a spacious laundry room was an added bonus. This is perfect for those looking for a city escape. Communications with the owner were prompt, seamless, and helpful. Highly recommend!

Wonderful spot to share with family.

The accommodations were spacious with plenty of room for our group to comfortably be together while eating indoors or out, chatting or sitting around the in ground fire pit. The beds were comfortable and the entire space clean and very well organized (plenty of explanatory tasteful labels with lots of necessities to make your stay even easier). The surrounding area is lovely. We enjoyed beautiful fall foliage, several rewarding hikes and a nice quick excursion to Great Barrington. The host was obviously easy to communicate with even though we had no need to do so. A great experience!

Perfect Fall Stay

Home was exactly as listed. Every so bc le one of us loved the stay. We had fires every night, s’mores, kitchen was absolutely perfect for cooking for a huge crowd. Enough space that no one was crammed. We will be staying again😁 The owner even made up the perfect goodies basket for an even better welcome. Thank you Annette!

Just what we needed!

This house was nicely appointed, impeccably clean and very thoughtfully stocked. The items in the refrigerator and pantry were there for us to use - much more than we’ve ever had in a rental. A goodie basket greeted up and we wish we could have taken advantage of the fire pit to make the special treat left for us! The two Queen bedrooms are identical and the beds were comfortable. Little things like the lamps by the bed, dental floss and q tips in the bathroom and a Keurig as well as a regular coffee pot and a hot water pot were all examples of little extras and attention to detail. We were 5 adults staying here and attending an event through the day. This was a great place to return to to get warm and relax. We didn’t know each other well but could make bathroom sharing work between the two bathrooms. This place is pretty perfect for 2 couples with kids - the loft has kid-sized beds and is a fun place for kids to hang out and enjoy the games provided while adults spend time downstairs or on the spacious deck. Annette is very kind and responsive. You could not want for a better host. Two thumbs up for this special place!
