Harbor Lights Retreat is a stylish two-story home located in Oswego’s Maritime District, directly across from Wright’s Landing and Cahill’s Landing with views of Lake Ontario, the marina, and the harbor breakwall. Enjoy Lake Ontario views right from the living room, watch the water splash over the breakwall on windy days, and experience front-row access to Oswego’s harbor energy, festivals, and summer atmosphere.

This open-concept home is ideal for families, fishing groups, professionals, SUNY visitors, plant workers, and friends gathering together.

The Space

The main level features a fully equipped kitchen, full bathroom (with 5'shower) , dining room for 8 with attached deck with patio doors opens to the concrete patio and firepit (propane) in the back yardand one bedroom, along with access to a lower-level open-air porch where you can sit and take in the harbor activity.

Upstairs, you’ll find a large living room with Lake Ontario views, a gas fireplace, 60" TV with Roku, wet bar, wine fridge, and Keurig station, plus two additional bedrooms, a full bathroom, and an upper-level enclosed screened patio overlooking the harbor.

Forced air heat and central air conditioning keep the home comfortable year-round. Ceiling fans are located in most rooms, including all bedrooms. The screened patio is not heated but may be used in winter if desired.

Please note: This is an active harbor district. While many guests enjoy the music and activity, background noise may be present at times, especially during summer weekends and events. This is a residential neighborhood near lots of local attracts like Wrights Landing across the street and Gibby's Irish Pub around the corner.

Pet Policy

Pets are welcome with prior approval only (case by case basis).

- $100 flat pet fee per stay
- Maximum of 2 pets
- Non-aggressive breeds only (insurance requirement)
- Flea treatment required year-round
- Pets must be leashed outdoors and not left unattended
- Not allowed on furniture or linens – no exceptions

Failure to follow pet rules may result in additional cleaning fees.
