Masseria Ayroldi was absolutely perfect! - They have a beautiful/large pool - They have a great breakfast available every morning - The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, anything we needed they were able to accomodate - The staff send you a list of all the great restaurants nearby when you arrive which helped us so much! - Location is perfect, not too far from Ostuni or any of the other main cities 10/10

Lovely location for a relaxing stay within easy reach of neighbouring towns/ villages. Good quality food with menu changing daily. Pool area has a lovely atmosphere with grape vines above sun beds with ample opportunity to move into full sun if that is what you want. All the staff we met were incredibly friendly.

This is a great place to stay with excellent service provided by the staff. The accommodation was clean and well-maintained. Breakfast was consistently well-stocked, and the staff were accommodating to our needs. We dined at the hotel restaurant a few times; however, the dinner offerings were somewhat disappointing compared to the other amenities. Offering a wider variety of dinner options, particularly vegetarian choices, would improve the overall experience.

This is the most amazing location! We reviewed the photo album showing the condition of the property when the family first started their renovations. The finished product is incredible. Debora and her staff took such good care of us. We are a party of eight and they made sure that our accommodations were close together, our table was ready at mealtimes, we had pool loungers, and knew where we were heading in town. Alessandro communicated flawlessly to determine when we would arrive and what we needed. If I could give 10 stars, I would! Grazie Mille!

Just Amazing!

Our stay in this gorgeous Masseria was the best. Our room was in our own stone small building and the interior is beautiful and clean. But the best part is by far the friendliness and great service of the staff and of the family who owns the Masseria. The food is also amazing! We will definitely plan to go again!

Masseria Ayroldi is the perfect retreat if you’re looking for peace, quiet, and beautiful surroundings. Tucked away about 10 minutes from the charming historic center of Ostuni, the location offers true relaxation while still being close enough for a quick visit to town. The design and construction of the Masseria are absolutely stunning—authentic yet modern, with attention to every detail. The breakfast area was spectacular, offering fresh, delicious options each morning. And surprisingly, the American coffee was the best we had during our entire trip through Italy! It’s the ideal place to disconnect, unwind, and enjoy the beauty of Puglia in a serene setting. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a quiet, stylish countryside escape.

This was a beautiful site, with friendly staff and comfortable accommodations. The only things I would recommend changing are the mattresses, which were firm but futons and didn't provide great support. Investing in good thick mattresses would make a huge difference. And I would also add a nice scent to the linens as everything smelled very strongly of vinegar, which we understand is used to disinfect ecologically. But a bit of lavender or lemon essence would dramatically improve the scent.

The property is immaculate, the staff friendly and the food delicious. I cannot recommend this place enough. It is located very close to Ostuni and serves as an easy base to visit all the must see cities in the surrounding area. Free parking on-site is also a benefit. We hated to leave.

I absolutely loved my stay at Masseria Ayroldi. The property is beautiful, peaceful and full of character, with stunning grounds and a wonderfully authentic Puglian feel. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the location was perfect for exploring the surrounding towns. I had a fantastic stay and would happily return! The only downside was the wifi, which didn’t work in my room. It worked in the restaurant and by the pool though.
