Casa Mea- holiday home in the historic heart of Ostuni, the White City.

  • Casa Mea is a welcoming home equipped with every comfort, suitable for short stays. The renovation of the same echoes the ancient layout of the typical Ostuni house "alcove and cammarin" (bedroom and day room), revisited in a modern key. The house has a very large living area with double sofa bed, TV, stereo system, WiFi connection, a custom-made kitchen finely furnished and equipped with pots and pans. On the upper floor, accessible by a wooden staircase, there is the bedroom with TV. The very large bathroom is complete with shower, washing machine and hairdryer. Casa Mea is located about 150 meters from Piazza Sant'Oronzo, the focal point of the Ostuni "nightlife" in the height of summer.
    The guest of Casa Mea is the GUEST par excellence, the person who, as per the good tradition of the southern families, is received with affability and benevolence. Upon arrival our guests will receive all the necessary and useful information for a happy and carefree stay.

This property was decent, but the owner doesn’t speak English which might be a problem for customers. I was fortunate that I was traveling with a friend that speaks fluent Italian.

C’était horrible, on a reçu 53 messages en 2 nuits. La Clim défectueuse ne refroidit pas et la voisine ne veut pas qu’on la mette car mal de tête. L’appartement est minuscule, pas moyen d’ouvrir les valises. Lit pas fait. On se tape la tête au plafond avec 1m60. Salle de bain pleine de crasse et évacuation de la douche noire de saleté. Matériel de cuisine sale. Aucun moyen d’y accéder en voiture. La connexion internet tourne dans le vide. Impossible de prendre deux douches rapides chaudes. A fuir.
