Die Wohnung hatte alles was man so braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Schöne ruhige Lage. Einzig ein Geländer für die Außenstufen fehlt, das wäre für ältere Gäste sehr hilfreich.

Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind ja nicht die Regel an der Ostsee. In der Küche hat nichts gefehlt und die Nutzung der 2 Fahrräder war sehr praktisch da es bis zum Zentrum etwa 1 km ist.Zentrum

Gute Kommunikation und einfacher Check in. Sehr gut ausgestattet.Übersichtliche Anlage. Sehr nahgelegen am Darßer Wald. Mit Fahrrädern ist der naturbelassene Weststrand gut zu erreichen oder wer gerne wandert. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Nordstrand zu Fuß nach ca 20-30min erreichbar.

Unterdurchschnittlicher Standard, generell ok

Es war alles da, was man so braucht, nur von unterdurchschnittlicher Qualität oder Zustand. - Check-In bei Regen erfordert 5min laufen unter freiem Himmel, um den Schlüssel zu holen. Sonst bekommt man die Schranke nicht auf. - Beschreibung und Ausschilderung des Weges zum richtigen Haus/Eingang nicht eindeutig. Ich habe mich durchgefragt. - Fernbedienung für die Schranke, um die letzten 150m zum Haus zu kommen hat nie zuverlässig funktioniert, hatte die Größe einer kleinen Brotdose (unpraktisch für unterwegs) und wirkte generell wie ein Selbstbausatz aus den frühen 80er Jahren. Die Wohnung: - beißender Putzgeruch beim ersten Betreten, 1h Durchzug - sehr lauter Kühlschrank - betagte Küchenausstattung - mäßige Beleuchtung, in der Küche auch mal laienhaft gebastelte Unterschrankbeleuchtung. - minimalste Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad. Das Bad war allerdings recht neu saniert. Plus: - nette Terrasse - Schuppen mit Fahrrädern direkt vor der Tür Wir haben da gewohnt und es war ok. Sind letztlich alles persönliche Präferenzen. Ich hab allerdings auch schon mehr als einmal in Unterkünften der gleichen Preisklasse gewohnt, deren Wohlfühlfaktor eine Größenordnung höher lag.

Wir hatten ein paar schöne Tage in der Ferienwohnung! Alles sauber und vorhanden was man benötigt! Kommunikation hat super geklappt. Haben gut geschlafen und uns rund herum wohlgefühlt. Hatten außerhalb der Saison Glück dass die Anlage nur max 1/4 ausgebucht war- wenn die Anlage voll ist wird es dort bestimmt trubelig. Das wäre nicht unseres. So war aber alles top!!

Die Wohnung und die gesamte Anlage machen einen gepflegten Eindruck

Leider funktioniert der Fernseher nicht, bzw. nur WDR . Auch ist nur 1 Trockentuch für die Küche nicht ausreichend. Ansonsten hat es uns sehr gut gefallen!
