Terrible. No staff not even one member of staff reception unattended rooms not cleaned or tidied . No teacups and on a couple of days the buffet was empty and no one to top it up

Trevligt och charmigt hotell i lugn miljö. Hade problem med kortet som låser upp dörren men jättetrevlig personal kom snabbt och gav oss ett nytt kort. Fräscht och rent i rummet, lite begränsad frukostmeny men med det nödvändigaste. Prisvärt boende!

Valde hotellet då vi på kvällen kom med färjan från Gotland. Vid bokningen stod det att incheckning var till kl 23. Bra. När vi kommer dit på kvällen är dörren till hotellet låst. Vid dörren finns ett telefonnummer om man vill beställa rum. Ringer men efter en lång stund ombeds vi att återkomma om en stund igen. Ute regnar det och blåser. Inte så trevligt. Ringer igen. Då svarar en kvinna som säger att vi via mail/sms skulle ha fått en portkod. Detta har inte skett. Framkom att det tydligen var flera än vi som var drabbade av detta. Allt ordnade sig. Nyckel låg i kuvert i receptionen. Rummet var rent och fint med mycket sköna sängar. Bra frukost som innehöll det mesta för att vara continentalfrukost. Trots att början inte var så bra så blev vi nöjda med hotellet, (några dagar efter att vi kommit hem damp det ner ett sms med portkod inför hotellbesöket. Något sent)

Parkeringen precis utanför var mycket smidig. Frukosten serverades dock endast fram till kl. 9, även på helger, vilket kändes något begränsat. Kuddarna var tyvärr obekväma och det förekom en avloppslukt i badrummet. Vid ett tillfälle öppnade någon vårt rum med nyckel innan vi hade checkat ut, vilket upplevdes som obehagligt. Det är synd att ett så pass fint hus har rum som känns slitna.
