“Awesome Place” - “Great spot with easy lake access!” – Please read the reviews.

You’re only 0.3 miles from the boat launch. The channel allows you to dock your boat at the property during your stay. It’s a large home with plenty of space with a newly renovated lower level, including a pool table, ping pong, darts and foosball. There are 65” smart tv’s in each of the family areas and 42” smart tv’s in every bedroom.

There’s plenty of parking for your family or boat trailer.

4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, open concept, walk out lower level. Three bedrooms on main floor and one bedroom on the lower. Dock and fire pit by the channel. Great place to relax with family. Firewood included. Kayaks available. Near many attractions.

Excellent Place to Stay

We had a group of 11 adults for our daughter's wedding at EAA. This place was amazing! Very spacious, clean and equipped with everything needed to make our stay comfortable. We were so busy with the wedding events that we did not get to enjoy the water activities or game room, but the space was beautiful. We would definitely book this VRBO again.

The property was perfect for our group of 12. There was plenty of room for various activities going on at the same time. The house was clean, updated and very well stocked. Dawn was an excellent communicator, answering questions almost immediately. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Great Holiday weekend

Loved the size and location of the home. We used the kayaks and fished most days during our stay. The weather was a little cold however the firewood and firepit kept us warm and able to enjoy the outdoors. We really appreciated the extra supplies ie. shampoo, garbage bags, cooking supplies etc. I highly recommend this home.

We booked the WolfDen for a Packers game and family Thanksgiving dinner. Great location, great activities for kids and adults, and very responsive owners/ property managers. We’d book again for sure!

Super enjoyable stay!

We stayed for a weekend and had tons of things to do! Great restaurants near by, fishing, and of course all the activities at the house to do! Very easy to communicate with property managers. Overall I’d strongly recommend staying here and I look forward to coming up again!

Perfect for families!

We rented for a holiday family gathering and it was perfect for what we needed. It had everything we needed and more! There was plenty of space and supplies. Lots of games for the kids and adults! The deck and patio were beautiful to sit and relax.

Everything and more

We had an amazing time with family utilizing this space. The hosts thought of everything and had little odds and ends available that we forgot to pack. We played countless games of ping pong and pool. Grandpa and the kids enjoyed going out fishing and even caught two bass. Mornings on the deck with a cup of coffee were so peaceful. We would recommend this place to everyone.

Winter Wedding

What a wonderful property to stay with family as we are in town for a Wedding. Played downstairs Friday evening as we all arrived for the weekend. Wonderful beds, living space and kitchen. Had no problem getting ready for our event with the bathrooms and amenities. Loved it!

Family Fun

Wolf Den provided an opportunity for our family to relax and reconnect. The home was very clean and towels and bedding were abundant as was paper products and even coffee. So many activities that our wide range of ages, 13-77, could do and have lots of room to do it. It was nice to have kayaks available and fire pit with plenty of wood.

The home was well stocked, more than large enough for our group and had so many amenities that made this the perfect place for us. The owner’s were very responsive and the property is beautiful. Great Family Getaway

We just stayed the weekend with our adult children and grandchildren. The place was clean and big enough for the 12 of us, plus a few dogs. The kitchen was well stocked and worked out well for the group. We especially loved having the basement den/game room. The owners answered quickly to a few texted questions. We would recommend!

Oshkosh Wedding Get-together

There were 4 couples, all aunts and uncles who got together to celebrate a nephew’s wedding. The house was very comfortable and spacious. We cooked dinner and everything we needed was available. Beds were comfortable and all rooms were clean. Highly recommend this for large groups!

The WolfDen Is Awesome.

The WolfDen was beyond our expectations. A perfect family getaway. There was nothing, I mean nothing, that wasn't there to make our stay fantastic. Lake Winnebago is HUGE. The farmer's market in Oshkosh was nothing short of spectacular. Plenty to do at the house. Communication with our hosts was A++++.The Laboy's know how to do it right.

AMAZING place!!

I have stayed in a lot of VRBO's through the years. This is one of the most well-appointed I've ever been in. You could basically just bring your clothes and be set. It is such a comfortable, welcoming place. It is perfect for any large group...one that wants to relax, kayak, lounge, have a fire and/or one that wants to be more festive (we did both). Communication was fantastic as well. I could not recommend this place more highly!

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time. There was so much to do in the house that we really didn't have to leave. It was close to many good restaurants and the lake. We took 3 boats that all fit at the boat dock out back. Fishing wasn't so good but the girls had fun tubing. My son and grandson went kayaking. I would stay here again. The owner was very accessible.

Great stay

the property its self was perfect for our usage. We planned a Guys only trip to this location. the game room on the bottom floor was well utilized and the main reason for the decision to rent this particular house. our only hiccup which is no fault of the owner is that this rental is on an inlet to the lake which became full of seaweed and other stuff, which made it difficult for out Jet Skis to get from the house to the lake and vise versa. the neighbor was super friendly and helped us tow the jet skis when the got stuck. I would highly recommend this rental.

Fun for all ages!

Host very responsive and helpful! Clean and comfortable home with very comfortable beds! The lower level is full of entertainment for all ages with a nice, ice cold fridge, comfortable seating and easy access to outside patio. Well stocked kitchen, linens and towels! Surrounded by trees and quiet space and and a short little ride through the channel to the big lake! Lake was nice for fishing in the morning and kids in the afternoon. Downtown is just a few minutes away with some fun shops and a great farmers market! The aviation museum and veterans museum was very interesting and enjoyed by both young and old. The country club is just a couple of minutes away and is a beautiful course; easy to get a tee time!
