Sauna took a while to heat up . Hard to time with swim and hot tub because we don't know how long it takes to heat up The first day got the hot tub to work second day the power was minimal using the same timer. Also, suggestion put a sticker on the bedroom heater aircon control panels. I was tired and couldn't for the life of me find out where to open it. Had to call the front desk...

We loved being a gold star member as the lounge amenity was great, except it was too cold, and the ability to check in and out quickly, except no one told us about that and had to wait in the line at the main Cecil in for quite some time.
