"Does not look like the photos on the site. Smelled like smoke in the lobby. Not in a great area. Would not recommend."

"We had to leave about three days into our stay due to a cockroach, when notifying the desk they allowed us to look at another room. That room also had dead flies on the ac unit. I understand bugs are common in Florida, but hotels should remain bug free. The staff was very nice and accommodating to our issues."

"This hotel is HORRIBLE and should be SHUT-DOWN!!! the smell in the rooms was nauseating, the clerk didn't speak English. Couldn't get towels. the service just was terrible. I will never go there again, also I'm going to tell everyone i know about this place so they would not try to stay there. I give it a big -0."

"Clean room, helpful staff and very quiet area"

"Certainly not as advertised - details as follows:- House was dirty. Not untidy - actually dirty (pics attached).- ants all over the kitchen counter upon arrival- No broom; no dishcloths; no cleaning supplies. 6 of us stayed in the house for 10 days........it would be nice to sweep and clean after ourselves.- Windows were rotten (pics attached).- Pillows and blankets could go in the garbage and were not as pictured as ad showed. They are about 30 years old and the king bed where my parents slept there was a hole in the sheets.- no garbage bags.- We cooked and not only were there no dish cloths, but nothing to clean a pot or pan.- Alarm to sliding door was off upon our arrival.- Ad stated "plenty of towels".......the house sleeps 8 and there were not 8 towels. We all had to share.- BBQ was absolutely gross. I would not cook on it.- I almost killed myself when i sat on the plastic chair outside - all 4 are broken RIDICULOUS.- Laundry basket broken- Upstairs shower and sink do not drain. Trying to shower and had to stand in a pool of water.I don't mind a dated home. But I draw the line at dirty and broken.When we stay somewhere we like to keep it clean and treat it like our own but this house was not clean to begin with. It was gross. I sat on the couch and there was dirt all in the cushions; dirty windows; dust all over the floor; stove top dirty - I could go on."

"Overall we had a good stay here. There were quite a few things lacking that we had to go out and buy so I will be making some suggestions to the host. It was tricky to control the temperature in both the showers. The barbecue was very unclean so unusable. Otherwise, it was comfortable enough and served it's purpose for our trip."

"Very clean property and excellent communication. Checkin was seamless and the home was exactly what we were needing for a quick Disney trip away from the chaos and midway between some other activities we had planned over a long weekend.The public pool was perfect for a quick cool off as well!"

"YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR; this property is old, rundown and resembles a crack den. This property is old and neglected, with no customer service-guests must self-check in via a confusing online process while attendant watches you and provide a scrap of paper with Room number and Passcode to the room. The building which housed my room was poorly marked, dark, and moldy with paint chipping off railing with no elevator. The room was extremely minimalist and bare bones; two beds, no end tables, TV console and TV, refrigerator/microwave and three lights in the room. The beds were hard, uncomfortable with deflated pillows; the bathroom was visually disgusting with painted tub & vanity both with chipping paint, disgusting mold on showerhead & soap holder; the view from balcony was a rundown playground that looked like it was straight out a horror film. The TV wasn't plugged in & had no reception to the RUKU. The 1 rating was generous because it deserved negative number, I highly recommend YOU RUN not walk from this GEM of a property! Overall, I would not recommend staying here."
