"My husband and I were impressed from the moment we walked in. Nicely decorated and yet very comfortable. If we return this will be the place we pick."
"SUPER CLEAN and comfortable room! SHOUTOUT to “Nicole”! (name on the housekeeping notecard) Luxurious bathroom! Beautiful artwork in the room and around the property. We were in a double queen room overlooking the pool and a pond with marshy area beyond, which was beautiful. There were 2, skinny wardrobes, one on each side of the beds. Large TV. Lighting was good. A/C worked good. Spa was relaxing and very serene, light music playing in the background. Bartender, Dee, was awesome! Casino is small and quaint but has some of the popular favorites. We ate in the restaurant once and took a meal to go once. Both were decent; bar food and more menu. Great prices! We had a wonderful stay!"
"I and my child are allergic to scented products. This place is full of them. Every kind of fabreze. Gain laundry detergent, scented bleach, scented fabric softener. Ok if you like that sort of thing but we could not breathe. The host did try everything to resolve the issue including having the housekeeper come over on Easter Sunday to remove the cleaning products that were in a locked closet along with wet laundry. I appreciate her efforts and wish we could have stayed. I do not like the practice that seems to have become common of hiring a cleaner that locks everything up like that. It makes it harder for someone like me to just take care of the issue myself. Also if we had extended our stay, that laundry would have mildewed. I'd rather do it myself than smell mildew and mold (to which we are also allergic). The house is on the older side and some finishes like the carpeting wall paneling are worn. Some windows do not have screens or the screens are torn. I would not have minded any of that, however, if we had not been allergic. If you have trouble with scents do not book this. If you don't, it's pretty much what it says it is. The pool table and foosball are great additions. There is a lot of space and ample parking. I did not get to try the hot tub. Bear in mind you will be in a small town and there are nearby houses. Including some that look into the backyard so it isn't super private."

"It’s a maintained older house in a neighborhood. Very clean with niceties like fresh toothbrushes and paste, a washer dryer. A few KPods and teas. Spacious with older back deck. There were 6 of us and we spread out comfortably. We very much enjoyed our stay. Visited many of the downtown shops and places to eat and the museum. Ran out of time to do all we wanted to do so will be back to town again!"
