"The duplex was clean and modern and all the needed comforts were present. The location itself was okay but there are a lot of abandoned houses around it. Not the fault of the host ofcourse but something to keep in mind. It was only a 5 min walk to the caves of Han which is the main attraction in the area. "Couldn’t fault the breakfast and evening meals. We booked standard rooms and were surprised to discover they were 50m away from the hotel, the rooms were small and dated with old looking carpets. The bed was comfy and the bedding clean and fresh. The en-suite was very cramped and cold with no heating to dry your towels. The lighting was controlled by a key switch that was located on the wall next to the bed, you had to insert the room key with the huge key fob into it and it was impossible to get out of bed without risking hitting the key. The reading lamps above the bed were positioned so that you couldn’t sit up in bed unless you bent them out of the way which wasn’t easy. The pictures show the expensive rooms and the room we had was well short of my 4 star standard. There was a mini bar but it would have been better to give coffee and tea making equipment. "

"Room: cosy. Well equipped. (no kettle? Can't remember) Bathroom: shared with the room we got but very smart and only shared with two other rooms. Staff: so friendly and helpful. Big fan. Breakfast: 10/10 no notes Bike: place to leave bikes over night safe and sound. Area: quiet and lovely. Really awesome monument to European peace and prosperity. Vibe: obviously a super loved local place to be. Very chill, very good. Highly recommend "

"The hotel is located in a very nice neighborhood, nice landscaping and the view of the lake is amazing, it might look even better during the summer months. I f you need a getaway from the city’s busy life that’s your place! Staff are very welcoming, friendly and professional, always happy to provide any help customers may need. I didn’t have a pet but I met many clients with their dogs. "
