Everything at this property was excellent. Staff is over the top; they are not fluid in English, but they try their best. All staff there was exceptional!! also the spa staff; that service is incredibly well done. The property is beautiful and the room we booked was fantastic. I loved this place. Is a little far from the turistic area, but nothing you cannot control.

I would’ve given this a 5-star rating, but the food at their restaurant took almost an hour to arrive, which was disappointing and frustrating—especially after a long trip. To make matters worse, no one even acknowledged the delay or apologized for the inconvenience.
