We loved the hotel. The room was missing the TV and the WiFi is horrible with almost no service anywhere, however the holiday was about relaxing and that's what we did.The pool was great and the shops are very close by. Would definitely recommend.

Çok bir beklentimiz olmadan 2 gecelik konaklama için tutmuştuk, oda gayet temiz ve rahattı. Klimanın çok iyi soğuttuğunu söyleyemem, ayrıca odadaki mini buzdolabı neredeyse soğutmuyordu. Personel güler yüzlü ilgili ve yardimseverdi.

Personel nazik ve ilgili, odalar genel olarak temiz. Klima, duş gibi bazı yerler bakım istese de kısa süreli konaklama için ideal.

Memnun kalmadık

Otelin kahvaltısı 500 metre ötedeki başka bir otelde. Çift kişilik yatak istedik 2 tek kişilik yatak verildi ve 2. Günden sonra farklı odaya alınacağımız söylendi ama bir daha kimse bizle iletişim kurmadı. Odanın kapısı kilitliyken bile biraz zorlaninca açılıyordu.

Ege gezimiz esnasında dalyan durağımızda bir gece konaklama için rastgele buraya geldik. Dalyan da barlar sokağının hemen dibinde ve dalyan merkez de heryere çok yakın. Otopark sorunu da yok. Ayrıca otel personeli çok ilgili ve kibar. Misafirperverlikleri için teşekkür ederiz.

Budget friendly hotel

Confusing upon arrival - receptionist spoke little English so communication through Google translate was difficult. They could not find our booking upon arrival and then told us they were planning to close soon, which I now know is because there are very few guests staying there because of covid so only makes sense to close. There was only ~7 rooms taken during our stay. They then took us to their sister hotel upon arrival (caria nish) and offered us a room there which was a lot nicer. We believed we had to pay more for this room when we asked. When returned to original hotel we were told we did not have to pay more. We still chose to stay in caria royal as it had been a long day travelling so was just easier for us as we had really heavy backpacks also. Room was basic, budget room. What we expected for the price we paid. Clean and pleasant during our week spent here. It was very quiet with little ambience as there were very few visitors, we were the only people around the pool during the day's we stayed in and because of this I think the pool area was a little unkempt and needed a bit of an upgrade. Employees were really lovely and helpful when we requested things, for example, laundry. I think it was just unlucky timing for us and could be a really nice hotel during peak season, with more visitors staying. We sti had a lovely stay considering.

According to your wishes, we wanted to accommodate in the new hotel for gesture purposes. I think our receptionist friend at the royal hotel told you wrong. We are sorry for that. L hôtel est idéalement situé, proche du centre ville, la piscine est plutôt pas mal (non chauffée), la propreté n est pas irréprochable, mais la disponibilité du personnel nous fait oublier ce genre de soucis, petit déjeuner pas au top...

Enjoyed our stay at this hotel, rooms are basic but bed was comfortable. Nice pool to relax by. We did half board and food was good, Turkish breakfast had lots of choice. Staff were very friendly. Hotel is in a good location . Certainly value for money. Thank you

Disappointing compared to brochure

Excellent position and very clean. Good for a quick stopover but would be concerned if booking for a holiday. Bathroom very tired. Painted over tiles, aged grouting and chipped paint around shower base,, shower door broken, not closing properly, electric socket in bathroom hanging out of wall with exposed wires, broken tile on step down to bedroom area, missing bed lamp bulb, damp (clean) towel put decoratively on bed, air conditioning unit on top of wardrobe, mirror to low and plug socket for hairdryer by mirror out of reach near ceiling! Bedroom door had painted out glass panel so some ligh seeping through at night. Breakfast was plentiful with good choice. Generally a mixed bag.... ok for quick cheap stopover but not holiday. Maybe if other rooms as per brochure, different story.

Dalyan caretta run için gittiğim mekanda rezervasyon organizasyonu el yordamı ile gerçekleştiriliyordu. sıcak su şansınıza kalmış, koşudan sonra sıcak duş alamadım. klima motorlu araç gibi çalışıyor, her çalıştığında uyanıyorsun. çevre odalardaki tüm konuşmaları duymak mümkün. Kızım her konu açıldığında bizimle eğleniyor. Kartımdan çekilen otel ücreti ile kesilen fatura arasındaki fark konusuyla herhalde maliye ilgilenecektir.

Karışıklık oldu

Otele gittiğimizde yaklaşık 1 saat odamızın hazırlanmasını bekledik çünkü 3 yetişkin olarak ayırdığımız oda sistemde 2 kişilik oda şeklinde gösterilmiş, daha sonra 2 kişilik odaya ek yatak atılıp 1 saat sonra bizi odaya yönlendirdiler. Odada iki kişi yanyana imkanı yok yürüyemez, ek yatak atınca odada boş yer kalmamış. Daha sonra buna da amenna dedik ama odayı karıncalar basınca başka oda istedik, boş odalarının olmadığını ilaçlayacaklarını belirtip isterseniz 1 kişilik odamız var biriniz orda kalın denildi. Yaşanılan karışıklığın hotels.com la ilgili olduğu söylendi ama suç bizdeymiş gibi bir durum oldu ne yazık ki cezasını biz çektik.

Absolutely marvellous hotel close to the town cent

There is nothing negative I could say about this hotel.I arrived a day earlier than my booking date - no problem. The staff are hardworking and courteous.All the staff including Ali the manager are helpful The food is tasty and plentiful and the room is clean and moderately comfortable but could do with a chair Dylan is a paradise and the Caria Royal is part of the paradise.

Behov for yderligere renovering

Caria Royal ligger rimelig godt og roligt i forhold til båd til Iztuzu stranden og byen iøvrigt. Poolområde og have så ok ud, selvom vi ikke benyttede det udover at spise morgenmad med udsigt dertil. Værelserne synes nymalede, men har behov for betydelig renovering! På vores 1. badeværelse fungerede en del ting ikke, hvorfor vi skiftede rum undervejs. Ventilation på badeværelserne viser sig kun er "til pynt", så damp nødvendigvis må slippes gennem rummet, og der var mørke områder (skimmel?) i begge badeværelser, vi benyttede.

Nice style of hotel with a good morning breakfast

Room was clean and staff was friendly. Wifi did not work in rooms only the lobby. Lobby and pool are really nice and comfortable. Lots of space. Hotel is getting older and things are needing repair. Our room door knob was falling apart and hard to lock.

Hotel correct si vous tombez sur la bonne chambre

Accueil glacial,on avait l'impression de gêner... Puis on nous conduit à une minuscule chambre sous les toits, avec minuscule fenêtre, lits séparés (malgrè notre demande en ligne d'un lit double) et climatiseur mobile qui ne refroidit absolument pas la pièce et fait 30 décibels. Nous demandons à changer de chambre, on nous répond que c'est impossible avant le lendemain. Nous avons passé la pire nuit de notre séjour, impossible de dormir, chaleur trop étouffante... Le lendemain, on nous fait de nouveau sentir que l'on dérange mais nous insistons pour changer de chambre et obtenir celle que nous avions réservée (avec lit double et balcon), ce qui a été fait: la nouvelle chambre est petite mais tout à fait correcte et la climatisation fonctionne.

Good value for money

I found the bed very comfortable, I had air conditioning in my room, there was always hot water. Breakfast was very repetative, exactly the same every day, but adequate. However based on what I paid I would certainly return there.
