Little Island Cottages are the quintessential Maine coast experience. #45 is one of three cottages built on a wharf. This cottage sleeps 5 and has a large deck over the water, expansive outdoor living area, and a fabulous rooftop deck. Amenities: pier, dock and kayak rack. Numerous nature walks & ocean based activities. Multiple great restaurants close by. Just 20 minutes east of Brunswick and Bowdoin College, site of many music/art expositions. Condo Association requires 30 day min stay.
