A modernized boutique classic 2 Bedroom, 1 Bath, across the street from the beach with a beautiful balcony to enjoy the ocean view. The pool is outside the front door in the courtyard with BBQ grill and patio sets.

The unit is fully stocked with all kitchen tools and appliances, a coffee maker, towels, blankets, and the beach gear you may need. There is a coin laundry located beneath the nearest stairwell.

The beach in this area is not usually busy but more of a local and residential spot.

The Worlds Most Famous Beach aka Daytona Beach is about 25 minutes South and the Flagler Beach Pier is to the North. Enjoy the many restaurants within driving distance.

This was our second stay at this condo and we had just as much fun as the first. The location is perfect - so close to the beach! The rooms are well furnished, kitchen is well stocked with not only plates, cups, etc, but also small appliances. Beds are comfortable and linens are plentiful.

This properties is one of our favorite places to stay in Ormond. Location is great easy access to the beach. I am pretty sure setting on our balcony we seen dolphins everyday. Just overall beautiful place would stay again and again

Nice quiet area with all the amenities you need. The pool was nice and clean as well as the room. I've always wanted to stay in this area after driving through several times. It was great to just walk across the street onto the uncrowded beach. Would definitely stay there again!

Very nice condo! Very clean and comfortable. Great location. Loved being able to walk out to the beach at night and see the crabs. Short ride to Daytona to Ebike and drive on the beach. Absolutely adorable !

The property was clean, quiet and in a great location. Ocean view from balcony, pool just out the door, laundry on site. Kitchen is fully stocked just needed to supply our own food and beverages. Clean, well-equipped condo just across A1A from the beach. Ocean view off the balcony and beach accessories (chairs, towels, etc.) are provided. Full kitchen and TV service/wifi is excellent. Pay laundry (bring lots of quarters) in the building.

Loved this condo! The condo was very clean and decorated with beautiful shades of blue with a great beach vibe. We didn’t really use the kitchen, but it was stocked with everything you needed. The close beach access and quiet neighborhood was great. The host was fantastic to work with; responded quickly to my questions before and during our stay. We will definitely be back!

Very nice!

My husband and I spent 4 weeks at this property. It is just as shown in the pictures. The view from the balcony is beautiful and the walk to the beautiful, uncrowded beach took 1 minutes. The owners are very kind and easy to work with. As we left we spoke with one of the owners and she was very nice.

Right across the street from the beach!

My parents used to live in Ormond Beach so I’ve been coming here for many years. I was familiar with the location of this property but this was my first stay. I was pleasantly surprised. It’s an older condo but well maintained and very clean. It’s a small 2 bedroom 1 bath condo but had everything we needed for our stay with beach access literally right across the street. Could see ocean from window and balcony. I hope to return soon!

First Girl's Weekend a Success

My daughter, her 6 year old daughter and I took a short but lovely weekend together. We had so much fun we've decided to make it an annual (or semi-annual!!) event. The condo was everything advertised. Immaculately cleaned, WELL stocked kitchen (down to scissors, aluminum foil, saran wrap, Keurig & K-cups, etc - anything we needed), books, games, sun glasses, sun screen - everything we'd have at home was already provided. We were so comfortable that we parked the car and didn't get back in it. We had the beach a quick walk across A1A, the pool right outside the door and Door Dash delivered food. Other visitors and/or residents were friendly. It's located next to a quiet, safe neighborhood for before-sunrise walks. Who could ask for anything more?! Thank you for a wonderful weekend!

Quiet, not busy location

My family and I had a great stay here. The condo is modest but functional. Good, comfortable beds. View/sound of the ocean from the patio. There is no dishwasher or washer/dryer in the unit and the bathroom is quite small. The pool (pretty small) is literally right out the front door. We thought it was heated when we booked but it wasn't - not a huge deal but a small disappointment. The beach is about a 2-minute walk and is by far the least busy Florida beach we have been to in our 20 years of going on spring break. Each day we went, there were 4-5 other parties spread out within 200-300 yards from the beach access point. It's not the beautiful white sand that's found in other spots but it's still very nice. There's not much nearby in the way of restaurants. One local place is about a half mile north of the condo. Otherwise, you have to drive south a few miles to find more options. The owner provides many things that are a bonus... toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner, dish soap, beach chair, boogie board, beach umbrella.
