Staff was friendly, room was clean, but it smelled TERRIBLE. I’m a very understanding person. But the smell of the room was atrocious. I left within the hour of me checking in.

The staff was awesome however, the room had fruit flies and cockroaches. The smoke detector was missing from the room. The bathroom door was messed up. The bathroom floor sounded like it was soaked with water underneath it. The main door was missing the security lock for the top of the door. I brought all of this up to the staff upon checking out of the hotel. Not sure if it will be fixed or what. I know this will not be a hotel I stay at again.

All in all it stay was okay, there were a few qurks such as having to change rooms 3 times. The first move the remote wouldn't work so couldn't program the TV, so move to another room and upon plugging phone charger in to the wall the electrity blew and the desk Lady didn't know how to reset the breakers, so off to move 3 where I had to get tools screwdriver and tighen shower to turn water on and off but after purgeing the bad Ju'Ju' it was okay..Really need to work on the AC water run off drainage and work on spraying for critters and a tad better breakfast and if there's not going to be an on call Maint. person then the desk person should know how/where to reset breakers... place had mold in bottom floor rooms, there was a funky smell in the 3rd & 4 th room they put me in and floors were sticky, walls were damaged, no shades on lights, tv had 4 remotes and none of them worked.......this was the worst 16 hrs in my life and just hoping I do not get sick from breathing the air.......this place is a health hazard for anybody staying there and shoukd be shut dowm and remodeled

Staff was ok. I was charged twice. Then told it could take a while for $ to show up in my account. Room smelled moldy and musty. Took pictures stains on bedding, floors, dirty, holes in walls, bathroom door warped and it looked like someone tried to break into it at one time

It needs repair the floor feel like it was going to pull you. The bathroom were not safe.the odor in every room was terrible. The floors were dirty never no one came to clean. We were all together 6 rooms and we had to keep going to the lobby to change trooms because it was terrible The front desk was the only good in the hotel

I had to switch two separate rooms in the one day that I actually stayed here. The first room had cigarette burns all over the comforters and a horrible smell in the room that smelled like mold. The second room was a little better there wasn’t a smell but there was a bunch of small flies everywhere that even the fly traps that I bought didn’t get them all. I was originally booked for the week only stayed one night before I decided it was too much for me. Never again.
