"Simple and practical, great for solo travellers or if you just need to crash for a night or two. Room was clean and stocked just fine, temperature was nice and cool and the bed was comfy. The standard room was quite small but it was fine for my purposes."

"Great staff on arrival and throughout. Room was spacious with pretty much everything you would need including a fridge and a coffee machine. There were also biscuits and a 2 Ferraro Roche. Huge star for that! Staff couldn’t do enough to help. Any requests or issues were actioned immediately. A few critique (which would not stop me staying at the hotel again: the shampoo and body wash were attached to the wall. I had a lovely hot bath but it was a struggle to reach the pump. Some body lotion would have been a nice touch. On the first morning I found the cooked breakfast to be a bit lacking but the French toast on the second morning was absolutely delicious and my daughter’s boiled eggs were cooked to perfection. There was also a help yourself continental breakfast. Sadly for the hotel on the second morning there was quite a substantial leak through the ceiling into the dining room. Not the hotels fault but huge buckets of murky brown water in the middle of the floor where you were trying to eat was a bit off putting. I would respectfully suggest that guests should maybe have been steered to the bar/lounge for breakfast during this emergency. Again, this is meant as constructive feedback and NOT criticism.
