"I really liked the condition of the room we were given. It was clean and spacious. The staff were very courteous. The stairs going up to the third floor needed repairs on the walls. The card reader allowing guests to swipe into the building was damaged and in need of repair. We would stay again at the hotel. "

"The pet friendliness is my favorite thing about all Red Roof Inns. I got to Batavia annually for an event, and feel like Red Roof is where my dog expects us to go. The staff is friendly, the room is comfortable, and I like having a microwave and refrigerator. It was reasonably quiet."

"Parking was easy, got in the room a bit early, staff was helpful and accommodating. Room was up to date, clean, quiet, and the bed was exceptionally clean and comfortable! Kitchen area was clean. Bathroom was new and also very clean. Free breakfast was good—even had big, fresh, blueberries and strawberries available as well as cereal, breads, eggs, sausage and waffles. I would definitely stay here again. Looks like all their remodeling I read some people complaining about in other, older reviews was well worth the earlier disruption. Can’t have change without some disruption."
