Do not rent from this company. The dishwasher smelled like kitty litter AND was broken. The high chair had poop stains in it. There were multiple outlets that were open and not attached. The electric did not work in the master bath. The bed frame stuck out in the kids room and we hit our shins multiple times. The fire alarm started beeping at 8PM (at toddlers bedtime, in her room) and they wouldn’t send anyone. So I had to stack chairs on the dresser to make it up to take the battery out. Therefore my toddlers room had no working fire alarm, which they were made aware of that this was against the code. The pool was cold in September. The remotes to the master TVs did not work. There were hairs embedded in the wash clothes. It was headache after headache. We only stayed 4 nights and when you have a busy Disney schedule you don’t want to deal with these inconveniences. Do better people. Stay somewhere else.

It was a nice property in general, very pleased on first arrival. Kitchen was well equipped however we only had one bin bag provided so had to purchase more. The kids twin bedroom I thought was very tired looking and the beds not great. My son was pretty happy in there though. We didn’t use it much but the pool looked quite dirty on the bottom. Towards the end of the holiday the door alarm to the pool area started beeping erratically in the early hours of the morning- it probably needed new batteries but we didn’t get a chance to really look at it but it was very annoying for the last couple of days. Also the master bedroom main light started playing up and wouldn’t always turn on. We ended up having to use the lamp. Also we never did find the remote control for that bedroom? Still the accommodation suited our purposes but it needs a bit more refurbishment. It was nice to use the pools on site one of the days and we were in a good location for this.
