Great spot to recharge after busy days

Bedrooms were spacious, AC was nice after running around in FL humidity/heat. Kitchen and dining area were big enough for our family. Would have been nice to have a few more trash bags. Other than that minor issue, we would stay again.

Blended Family getaway

I would like to say, the entire property is beautiful. The back yard of this unit has a beautiful magnolia tree- my favorite. The scenery was so pretty we used It to take some senior portraits during our stay. There were 6 of us, plenty of space for everyone. The amenities, though we didn’t have time to use them, were plentiful. The rooms were clean and I love that the unit has a washer and dryer, I didn’t have to do laundry when we got home, because I was able to do It there! The stay was exactly what our blended family needed.

Exceeded Expectations

We usually go to the beach for spring break, but this year we decided to go to Orlando. I was very hesitant about not staying somewhere on the beach with an ocean view, but as soon as I walked into this condo, I fell in love! This corner unit provided so much natural light, and the nature preserve that greeted us as we looked out the back was so peaceful and beautiful! This condo was extremely clean, and way bigger than I was expecting. The pictures don't do it justice, which was a pleasant surprise. The location was perfect for our family. We were able to get to many places within 15 minutes, such as Disney, restaurants, grocery stores, Starbucks, etc. The Walmart was perfect for purchasing groceries, condo supplies, Disney attire and souvenirs at a much more affordable price. We were exhausted our first night and decided to order dinner on DoorDash, and there were a lot of options. Cocoa Beach was about 1.5 hours away if you're looking to do a beach day. There's nothing like your own bed, however, I slept like a baby during our stay. The beds were extremely comfortable. I also liked how the primary was separated from the other 2 bedrooms, which provided some privacy and distance from our kiddos. Each bedroom having it's own bathroom was such a plus, too! The waterpark!! Holy smokes, it was amazing! It was a 5 minute walk from the condo to the waterpark. There were plenty of chairs, yummy drinks and food to munch on. The lazy river and a huge splash pad were incredible!

Disappointed with the management company

The apartment is nice although a bit dated. The mgmt company did not provide basic toiletries on all 3 bathrooms; one toilet seat broken; 1/2 toilet paper on 2 bathrooms; towels old and worned out; one hair dryer didn’t work; not enough kitchen supplies for 2 days for dishwasher; no basic courtesy supply of coffee, etc… the contract did say that the property is self catered and that renter needs to “replenish” item if they run out. It doesn’t say renter has to bring ALL toiletries and toilet paper. Informed customer service. They advised of 24 HR lead time to replace hair dryer. Nothing else. Overall, very dissatisfied with this management company.

Nice place and area

The community where this property is located is very secure and beautiful. One issue I had was that I was sent an email to pick up a card to access the pool/water park area. Frustrating drive to go pick it up due to traffic only to be told "your access is included. You now need to drive to xx to pick up wristbands". Loaded everyone back in the car, back to our gated community (through the traffic again) to a hotel on property to pick up wristbands. The person at the original place said "well we sent you an email and it looks like you didn't open it". I had the printed email stating that we needed to some THERE. The email she said I didn't open suddenly appeared after I left their office. Why send conflicting emails?

Summer Trip

Reunion is a favorite spot for our family vacation. Always make sure if you have younger kids that the property you are looking includes the water park. This property did include resort amenities and was only a 5 minute walk from the water park. Very clean and check in/check out was a breeze. I had a question that I had to ask, which was already answered if I had read previous communication, but their response time was within 30 minutes, and this was on July 4th. We would definitely book this property again.

Very Nice Condo

This is a beautiful and very spacious condo. It is an end unit and we had no problems with noise or finding a parking spot. The water park was a lot of fun. We were visiting Disney and the drive was easy and less than 30 minutes even with traffic. (Be sure to bring quarters for the toll roads that require exact coins and do not accept credit cards!) Visitors should be aware that you are given a wrist band to wear that is similar to what you receive in a hospital. You must cut off the wrist band to remove it from your arm. You must have on the wrist band to enter the water park. The information we were provided when we picked up our wrist bands at the resort front desk was incorrect. If you lose a wrist band and want a new one, you are charged $100 per replaced band, but you may return a cut off wrist band and receive a new one without a charge. If you return your wrist bands early and then decide you want to visit the water park, you also have to pay $100 per wrist band, but you are not charged if you do not return them. The other item that is mentioned in the listing, but was very different from other VRBO's we have rented is that there are very limited supplies provided. The bathrooms each have one, hotel-sized, bar of soap and one roll of toilet paper. The kitchen has one roll of paper towels, one hot pad, one kitchen towel, one laundry soap tab, and one small container of dish soap. There is no plastic wrap, aluminum foil, coffee filters, etc.

Wonderful Stay

The property was incredibly clean and quiet. Located within walking distance to the Waterpark, community pool, and playground. We originally intended to explore Orlando during the day and stay here overnight but we enjoyed the property so much that we ended up hanging out at the waterpark all day and walking back to the condo for lunch.

Good Location, Good property

great quick stay for a golf event at reunion. Pools / spas a little bit away but not too bad.... There was ALOT to the checkin process, but, took care of it all ahead of time and pretty smooth - except the instructions on the front door digital panel were not fully explained - but just a minor issue - they were reachable by phone it worked out.

Very stylish and comfortable! Great place!

Great space. Very well decorated, spacious, quiet, and easy access to local attractions. All the amenities of home. Check in and out was quick and easy. I would definitely rent this space again.
