We recently stayed at this property for a family trip. Overall, the house was clean and located in a quiet, gated community, which felt safe and peaceful. There were plenty of towels provided, and the host was responsive—when we messaged about the lack of paper towels, she kindly ordered some for next-day delivery. We also appreciated being allowed early access to the property after a quick call, which was very convenient. However, there were a few drawbacks. The beds were not very comfortable, and charging phones near the bedside was tricky due to a lack of nearby outlets. Each bathroom had only one toilet paper roll, so we had to purchase more ourselves. The pool was a letdown, unfortunately—it had dirty water and lots of bugs, so we didn’t end up using it much. Also, the property is quite far from Universal and other major attractions, requiring daily use of I-4 and toll roads. All in all, it wasn’t a bad stay, but there’s definitely room for improvement. With a few updates and better attention to guest comfort, this could be a much more enjoyable rental.
