One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had — especially shocking for a property inside the Disney complex.
⚠️ Upon check-in, the hotel charged my debit card $2,710.50, even though my stay had already been fully prepaid through Expedia. The staff admitted it was a system glitch — but that error left me without access to my own money for several days during an international family vacation.
📶 The Wi-Fi was awful — unstable, slow, and constantly disconnecting. For a hotel that charges a hefty resort fee, this is unacceptable.
🧼 The cleanliness of the room and common areas was far below what you’d expect at this price point. Dusty furniture, stained carpets, and hallways that smelled musty.
🍽️ The food was both overpriced and underwhelming. We tried multiple on-site dining options, and each one was worse than the last — bland, poorly presented, and clearly aimed at captive guests with no alternatives.
💸 Overall, this hotel feels like it survives on location alone. The service is inconsistent, the amenities are overrated, and the management only reacts when you escalate problems repeatedly.
For the price, you’re much better off staying at a real Disney resort — or anywhere else, really.
