Would give this 0 stars if I could
Absolutely terrible experience. The host gave us the wrong password to get into the house I stood out there for 2 hours called and texted him 20 times and no response. I drove 3 and a half hours away and missed my dinner reservations. When he finally decided to answer hours later he didn’t even apologize just simply responded with the correct code. I wasn’t even able to stay at the house I had to get a hotel instead because we were locked out for hours. Not to mention I felt like we were going to get robbed in the location the house is at. DO NOT STAY HERE other reviews say the same thing about this guy not answering and giving the wrong door code. Absolutely ridiculous I am never booking through vrbo ever again. The customer service line is a nightmare as well.

The house is absolutely beautiful, the kitchen is comfortable, rooms have a nice space, showers are nice. The house was super clean in the inside, we had no issues with that. But we found over 10 trash bags in the front with worms and bugs and smelling terrible! In addition three trash cans full of trash too. This means that the trash had been there for days, even weeks! We celebrated our wedding in the backyard…the backyard was a MESS! We literally arrived and head over to Home Depot to purchase a machine to cut down the grass because we couldn’t even walk! There’s almost no light in the backyard, we also had to purchase lights. The communication with the host is terrible…I messaged him so many times and basically replied twice. Upon checking in I received an automated code for the door from Vrbo, I texted him and had to wait for him to answer with the correcto code to open the house. Again, the house is beautiful and confortable but they need to improve the service, the communication and the backyard.

I still want my money back.
Approaching the property, it was clear the pictures online were quite dated. The property has not been professionally maintained. The shower and tub does not work and has not worked for some time. The shower in the Master must be used by everyone. Dishwasher does not work. Refrigerator does not get cold, but it freezes. Its a very dusty and creepy house. I even saw a dead roach in the kitchen lower cabinet. The outdoor furniture is filthy. It was never covered. The grounds are unkept. Debris on the side of the house and all over the ground. Doors do not LOCK Repeat Doors do not LOCK! The 3 separate areas in the back would be nice if the furniture wasn't filthy and some broken. Can't see that in the picture. The host was rude and never fixed anything. Did not return my money and was quite rude. No scenery it's on a main street in a neighborhood I can't recommend this property to anyone. I was uncomfortable and will never use the property again. Nor will I recommend the property RUN in the other direction. I have pictures. I was told not to go out at night I did with no mishaps. It was very quite at all times. The owner needs to invest some time and money into his rental. Until then stop renting it. Hire a cleaning crew. Replace appliances and make necessary repairs. Remove old dirty area rugs. Fix the locks on the door. Use sheet sets. Not just one sheet and the comforter Buy new mattresses. Take it off the market until the much needed upgrades are made. I still want my money back!

BEAUTIFUL HOME
We really loved the home, it’s very big & spacious with a beautiful backyard. I didn’t see any check out instructions so maybe add that. And the two bedrooms should have TVs as well but overall beautiful!

Excellent Affordable Place
Everything was great.. had small issues in terms of knowing where to find some ammenities..but overall we loved it created some new memories and met great friends.. we felt safe and the area was easy to access and toget around was easy ...highly recommend this venue for party lovers and who want have fun.... owner easy to call. Thanks ill use it again....

Very new but lots of missing pieces
I stayed for 5 nights and it was very smooth. Everything was renovated and new especially the bathrooms. Although it looks very nice, all of the soaps/shampoos in the bathrooms were empty, there was no hand soaps in any bathroom, the trash was overflowing in the driveway, there were no kitchen towels, no safety things to grab hot objects out of the oven to cook, and also the knives were so dull i could barely even cut through a tomato. It definitely gets you by for a great price but there were a lot of small things that we noticed during our stay.

Don’t book this for a party
Overall the house did what we needed…gave us beds. But, the house was disgusting. Dead roaches, trash everywhere from whoever was staying previously, dog poop, used condom and ripped up maxi pads in the backyard. Most furniture outside is broken. None of the cool lighting in the movie room worked. Most lights didn’t work or didn’t have plugs (like the neon sign in the primary bedroom). Big clumps of hair in the showers. Smudgy dirty hand prints on most of the doors. No oven mitts or big bowls for cooking. Not many utensils. Construction items all over in the house and backyard. If I was throwing something nice like a baby shower or reunion I’d be embarrassed to invite people to this home.
