When we got there the property looked closed with the signs covered. They're are changing ownership. The pool was super dirty and closed. The bathrooms are dirty and tubs are nasty. The pictures they have are when they open i guess. Not what you see in the pictures at all.

Room was dirty and things were literally falling apart. Mattress was so old that it sunk to the bottom of the bed when sleeping on it. And no access to water for over 12 hours one night. We could not use the sinks or toilets in our room or shower and no compensation given.

Went to three different rooms with all broken AC's and chipped paint on all the walls, my first room had broken drawers and dirty light shades, my second room had a bathtoom that's light was so dim it made virtually no differece and the bathroom door didn't close, my third room was literally crawling with bugs, the the two staff I dealt with were extremely rude the moment I spoke to them the day of and after.

Misleading security deposit & well worn room

The room was clean but in poor condition - extremely rusty bathroom with a shower that did not work; no phone at all; outlets on bedside lamp did not work. Was told that $100 additional on CC was security deposit only - but was changed (was supposed to drop off in 10 day, but is still showing on CC). . . would NOT recommend at all

Door lock very difficult. Room dirty, drains in sink and shower drain slowly, no coffee, charged an extra $100 for a damage deposit.
