PLEASE NOTE**Property has exterior cameras that record both video and audio for security purposes for our guests. Tampering or blocking security cameras will be cause for eviction. One located to view front door area, one to view right side of home (screen door area),one located in lanai area to view exterior area, one located on right side of garage and one located to the left side of the home**

This home has recently had new carpet, new furniture including couches, fresh paint, new laminate flooring, updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances! Beautifully decorated modern living with all the comforts of home. Kitchen is fully stocked with a laundry room to the side with a full washer and dryer.

TWO king bedrooms both with ceiling fans to help with the Florida heat, one twin room and a bunk bed room that has a twin size on top and a full size on the bottom. All with TVs with cable. Plush towels and bath mats with each bathroom. Kitchen dining table seats 6 people with extra bar stools and another dining table for 4 if needed.

Pool table, foosball table and a poker table in the converted garage/games room! Highchair provided with a pack n play for the little ones.

If your selected dates fit into a gap, but because of the minimum number of nights required it will not let you book, please contact us as we are more than willing to help in confirming your dates.

Please note to our future guests that this home is classed as "self-providing." We do not leave any food (including salt and pepper) or products that could attract pests, for the cleanliness for our guests. We provide the basic package of a toilet roll in each bathroom, one kitchen roll, two trash bags and two dishwasher tablets. We only provide this basic package to help you start with your vacation needs.

Windsor Palms resort is a gated community which is manned 24/7. As for the community rules, there is a strict 4 car maximum policy for registered guests for each home, which includes daily visitors. All clubhouse amenities are included in your stay.
